His lack of decorum was truly unforgivable. I recognize that he did apologize to the President (however indirectly) - but I also recognize that his adamant refusal to apologize to his colleagues should be a punishable offense. Case closed.

However, your conjecture regarding emergency medical treatment was disingenuous at best. You follow that by attacking the ALIPAC as 'restrictionist' - now, I won't debate that one with you at all, but you have to admit that was a Choice adjective... I, on the other hand, prefer to see the ALIPAC as supporting our Constitutional and Judicial obligations.

The 14th Amendment was written for a very specific purpose, and written well I might add. But the specificity has been extrapolated to infer that a person's physical presence sufficiently equates to being 'subject to the jurisdiction thereof'

Frankly, I fail to comprehend how the act of someone jumping across a line that they KNEW they were not supposed to cross could possibly be defensible. Any and all benefits that they (or any of their offspring for that matter) have acquired or experienced from that point on are thereby unjust and equally indefensible.

Basic Human Rights can be expected during their capture and judicial proceedings, but nothing more. And I do NOT feel that a person who is unable to prove their own legal presence in these States should be represented on the Taxpayers' back.

Send them home, and send Felipe Calderone the bill~

You get the picture? Things are better when we control them! Nothing you do escapes the control of the government, we control your food (the farmers), your fuel, your electricity, your income, your cars, your money, and soon your healthcare. We snubbed the second amendment in the 1930s, 1960s and again in the 1980s and we will once more in the coming years. You see the government knows to boil a frog you must place him in the water when it is cold and slowly heat it up or he will just jump out! Welcome to slavery FROGS.
