California Gubernatorial Candidates Brawl Over Van Jones

California gubernatorial candidate Steve Poizner is not letting up on fellow Republican Meg Whitman after her partial walkback of her praise (from months before the current troubles began) of Van Jones.

“Meg Whitman’s praise for Van Jones came just months ago, yet she’s changing her story in an attempt to be rebranded as a Republican,” said Poizner spokesman Jarrod Agen. “GOP voters won’t be fooled. Her record includes climate change cruises with Jimmy Carter and Van Jones, refusing to become a Republican, failing to vote, and supporting one of the largest tax increases in California’s history.”
