The Taliban hijack a fuel truck then gives the fuel away free to impoverished villagers. ISAF counters the Taliban's good PR by blowing the truck, the village and the villagers all to shit. Oh and they might have killed some Taliban too. The Taliban seem to be able to direct awesome U.S. fire power on any Afghan civilian target just as easily as if it were there own.
