Further, this column is in fact, an ad hominem attack on those who fail to see the satire of this.  Satire is, according to Merriam Webster:  &quot;A literary work holding up human vices and follies to ridicule and scorn&quot;.  What vices and follies are held up to ridicule and scorn?  The imagination of those not ready to elect a black president?  No, instead it is the Obamas that are portrayed.



At best, it&#039;s a burlesque, which ridicules through grotesque exaggeration, but even there, it&#039;s easily just as easily seen as the Obamas being ridiculed.</description>
