I do not trust Frank as far as I could kick his fat lard but. He will water down the bill or gut it so that it will be meaningless. Frank is to0 far on the Federal banks payroll to allow this to occur. Time will tell. Hopefully the good citizens of Mass. will vote this sorry excuse for a Representative out of office in 2010.
