For once, Rush Limbaugh and the rest of the Right got one correct.

The Democrats are using Ted Kennedy's death as a rally for health care legislation...

...BUT, when you give due consideration to the fact that up until the day of his passing, Ted Kennedy was the loudest and most consistent voice for universal health care, eclipsing all other proponents by a wide margin, it seems more like a fitting tribute that his death should finally move people in Congress to get cracking and work together instead of carping over minutae.

I may not have high hopes for quality legislation emerging from this Congress, but I think it's safe to say that if he were still here, the former senator would be smiling from ear to ear at the sight of people rallying toward a clear goal on his behalf.

RIP, Ted, for all your faults, you made a lasting contribution to a country you loved, and it won't be forgotten.

All I've seen from democrats is the desire to fulfill Kennedy's dream of health insurance for every man woman and child. Which seems like a noble effort. While all I keep hearing from republicans is that the dems are trying to use Kennedy's death for political purposes. Someone is trying to use his death for political purposes, surely, and I don't think its the guys in blue.
