Hulk Hogan Joins the Tea Party Movement
Monday, August 24, 2009 at 4:38 pm
Hulk Hogan, who’s become a spokesman for the decidedly too-good-to-be-true sounding GuaranteedLowerPropertyTax.com, appeared at the Aug. 22 Orlando Tea Party to tell protesters that he was “in the same boat” as them, and that they could fight the government by signing up at his Website. His pitch from the site:
My whole life I have been fighting and this time I am fighting…FOR YOU! Me and my friends at Guaranteed Lower Property Tax are putting THE SMACKDOWN on disgustingly greedy Florida tax collectors. It is time someone stood up to them, and I am happy to be in your corner!
Joe “the Plumber” Wurzelbacher, you’ll remember, parlayed his fame into a similar strange anti-tax Website that asked people to pay a small fee to “vote the IRS out of business.’ Full, excruciating video below the fold.

24AheadDotCom would love to teabag the Hulkster. He's a Hulkamaniac-depressive.

His show sucked, his kid is a trainwreck, he's washed up yet still clinging onto his lame 80's persona, and is still taking roids – yeah, it makes perfect sense to see this guy at a teabagging rally. Who's next to join? Mr. T, Kirk Cameron, Alf and Max Headroom?

The right wing frequently mocks Hollywood liberals like Oprah Winfrey or Barbra Streisand, claiming that Americans don't care what celebrities think about the important political issues of the day.
And then they give us Pat Boone, Chuck Norris and Hulk Hogan. Good grief.
