Your jobs are gone because its cheaper to let people elsewhere work for pittance than pay Americans a fair wage. Your security is gone because your country continually made enemies with everyone they came into contact with. Your economy is in ruin because for far too long Joe public didn’t stop to ask who was funding the wars? The answer is – you are! And the sad truth is whilst the Pentagon has spent your money and the Federal reserve has just kept printing more, your economy hasn’t kept pace. Even now your president is attempting to raise your borrowing limit? How can you increase your credit if you can’t pay the interest on the first lot of money you borrowed? Read your history. Dont let ignorance and fear blind you to what is the truth. America did indeed open its borders and for many years welcomed immigrants from all over the world. Immigrants willing to work in your country is the least of your worries.

I'm Mexican America so were my parents. My Great Grandparents went to sleep as Mexicans and woke up as Americans. They didn't cross the border, the border crossed them. For all of you that think you are more American than I, learn to to spell english words.

I wonder if this is a result of the Tx Sheriff who was bashed “in Tx media” for doing his job. wheather he targeted illegals or not. I firmly believe that all US authorities and citizens should be as harsh as humanity will allow. They need to go back to their own country & work to make it what the US is; rather than come here draining all of our resources. I think if these illegals were not here the US would not be suffering as it is. If these illegals are allowed to continue stripping the US we will continue in our present strife. Over 2/3s of Mexico's population run in and out of here like they own the place. It was appauling to learn about that poor sheriff experiencing all of this bull for doing what needs doing for US survival. Illegals go home, build your own country. We sympathize but please stop stealing from us. Go Joe Arpaio! Keep on keeping on. Your good work is appreciated by 75-85% of US citizens!

The article as is gives too little information on proximity for us to know why this happened While I am of similar ethnicity, and understand being mistreated for this, the MCSO could have made the stop for any number of reasons. I had a white friend riding a bike who was held for sometime as he looked like a person who had just done some type of theft. My first question is, if when the SO was coming to do a raid where there individuals in the area attempting to flee via vehicle, or is that a common pattern? Did the 2 appear to be fleeing the raid. In the name of safety, will all do give a little. How many officers were there vs. how many persons needed to be checked? Perhaps there is a provision for anyone being detained to be near a rest room? Having any person urinate outside is certainly not best practice, but was it a war zone environment, or were all safety provisions made at this time? While I do not like the idea of it, men are sometimes different;, was it common practice for persons working there to do this? (When working in a grocery store it was not uncommon for a certain ethnicity to instruct their young sons to stand in the corner of the store and urinate. While I did not like it, is was a matter of education, that we had a rest room, that urine in a food store may be bad for the health of all, and to ask that they please consider using the restroom at the store, or the one in their home prior to coming to the store.) Was there 1 bathroom to 300 persons or, 2 or 3 for 12 persons? (My mom was at a bank when robbed, and when the police came to question all, everyone had to sit still, and I believe it took hours. The bank only had limited employee bathrooms, as this was years ago. ) We all want ourselves and others to be safe, and from the local to the global level this does at times reach toward the rights of individuals. We want it to be done, and do not want to hear about it. Had the men appeared to be fleeing, were not detained, and gathered support for a riot or injury the officers would have likely been criticized for failing to error on the side of safety. My hope is this gets sorted out, and that we, myself included, remember to respectful of one another.

Illegal aliens who enter this country are felons, with a potential 20,000 fine and ten years in prison. Those that aid and abet them in staying, are also felons who need to be arrested, prosecuted, and serve time in jail.

If we deported the criminals, then, we would spend billions less on police, billions less on drug issues, and have safer streets, safer homes, and safer parks. Yeah, deporting these people, criminals, serves everyone.

Just like a drug addict that can't and never will get enough…just like any addict they need to have a fix any time of the day…HATE is no different. Hate junkies…with their name calling, their illiterate attempts at quoting facts and figures. This distortions and lies are just like the ones that are hooked on something. The alcoholic that can't quit, the smoker that lies to his wife about stopping and then sneaking one. You can't hide from your addiction and say it's not your fault. You are a hate junky and the sooner you realize it and as soon as you want to do something about it, there should be a detox center for you to go to. Maybe we can get some of the 12Billion dollars that undocumented immigrants paid into Social Security since THEY WILL NEVER SEE IT. Hate Junky, we see you.
