John McHugh’s (R-N.Y.) bid to become Army secretary last week, but CQ reports that Kansas’ two Republican senators, Pat Roberts and Sam Brownback, are putting a hold on McHugh until the Obama administration clarifies whether it plans to move Guantanamo detainees to their state’s Leavenworth prison.
