If they think Mehsud's death is the end of the campaign rather than the beginning (and I'd wager it's likely they will react that way), it won't matter at all.<br><br>It's likely they'll return to increased saber-rattling at India and allow the Taliban to strengthen in Pakistan. Let's hope that's not correct. Everything I've learned about Pakistani military and political leadership gives little hope that they can address the challenges they face.
