		<description>Does anybody actually think ordinary people in most third world countries get fair trials? Unless it can be guaranteed that these foreign felons had the same legal protections we enjoy ihere (due process, innocent until proven guilty, impartial jury, etc) then I do not support this. To deprive a legal immigrant of Constitution rights because of an injustice that happened to him or her back in their home country is not fair.</description>
