Unless it can be guaranteed that these foreign felons had the same legal protections we enjoy ihere (due process, innocent until proven guilty, impartial jury, etc) then I do not support this. To deprive a legal immigrant of Constitution rights because of an injustice that happened to him or her back in their home country is not fair.
