Tea Party Heroes Defend Racism

Zachary Roth has been all over the story of a Florida “Tea Party” leader who sent a racist photo of President Obama as a witch doctor to a Tea Party listserv. The latest development: his allies are defending him.

Dr McKalip is disgusting and needs to be removed as a teacher at USF and also from the Pinellas County Med. Association, for it is like having a member of the KKK or Aryan Nation there. A doctor takes an oath to health and serve and he is nowhere near that…working only to divide and insult people who do not look white. I find this whole matter terribly disturbing and the fact he insulted our President with that pic he e-mailed…was totally unforgiveable. Why doesn't he go work in some black slum and perhaps develop some understanding and care for those who do not have life as easy as he does?
Comment posted July 25, 2009 @ 1:25 am
Dr. McKalip is a neurosurgeon willing to continue practicing in a state – Florida – that is Malpractice Hell for all physicians, but especially for neurosurgeons and obstetricians.
You want him thrown off the staff of Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg because he hates your Mombasa Messiah and passes along a satirical computer image neither more or less derogative than the myriads of similar images cobbled together by “Liberals” and other socialists to denigrate Dubbya during the years of that clown's misrule?
Gawd, what a humorless, cement-headed bunch of weasels these “Liberals” truly are.
Okay. Do me a favor though, wouldja, Sunshine? Visit St. Petersburg. Drive through town. Swim off the sparkling beaches, do a little motor skiing, kiteboard a bit, ride a motorcycle.
But before you do all this, make damned sure that you've filled out your organ donor card.
'Cause if you suffer head trauma while you're down there, and you get taken to Bayfront Medical Center, and Dr. McKalip isn't there to save your sorry ass, I want to make sure that what's left of you doesn't just get lugged down to the morgue.
There are people who can use your viscera a helluva lot better than you're doing right now.

Unless you're black, in which case he won't work on you, apparently. Douchie78 strikes again with some racist defendin' oratory, hoo raw. Screw Florida, it is a dump for rednecks and discarded old people that will be vastly improved by global warming inundation.
Comment posted July 25, 2009 @ 2:49 am
And you know about Dr. McKalip's case load precisely…how?
Hey, Binki, I'm not defending McKalip. I'm just pointing out that neurosurgeons are hard to find in Florida, and without their expertise, potentially salvagable patients might wind up getting scavenged for spare parts
What, you think I like cutters? Those arrogant, overpaid, in-my-parking-space proceduralists? Jeez, Binki, cop a clue!

Excuse me, Tuci, my boy….to defend a racist Dr. because my God, he is a neurosurgeon..what a wonderful person you must be!! My husband sees a neurosurgeon and I hate to tell you but he is dark-skinned…maybe Indian……ooooooooooh God, I can hear you recoiling!! I can see you don't like liberals…my Mom who is a wonderfully healthy liberal 102 would be shocked to hear that…but then you don't care about things like that. I note you call me a socialist and also other liberals….which I take as a compliment rather than being a ignorant redneck motorcycling or motor skiing like yourself. What else could you be ?….another racist…oh no! As for visiting Florida , I lived there and went to high school there..so it is not new to me. I have my organ donor card already..thanks. But it does not exclude giving them to people of color as I guess yours does. Now I took all of your insults, stupid as they are..but to call me humorless hurts..I am the life of the party/ A cement-headed? Finished at the top of my class and have two history professors and two Charter school teachers as sons..so we don't birth any knuckle-draggers here!! And as for you comparing denigrating Dubya to the picture of Obama….I think there is a difference. It is like Alfred E. Newman vs. Albert Einstein! Also, we can barely wait till he and Cheney and his whole staff are investigated for war crimes. Hallelujah! Again , I repeat….get rid of that sickening Dr.McKalip…I think with his views he may be in need of his own brain surgeon….maybe a transplant.

Defend McKalip? Me? Oh, hell, no!
I'm just observing that his putative “racism” doesn't matter a goddam little tiny bit if you happen to have a big, friggin' subdural hematoma and need your calvarium cracked before it turns you into a corpse.
And Florida is a major sucky place to practice as a brain surgeon, so replacing him is gonna be really, REALLY hard.
Let's se, anything else in your rant? Nope. Have yourself a really nice day, you stupid schmuck.
Comment posted July 25, 2009 @ 5:29 pm
Tuci, stupid schmuck here. Let's see …your reasoning is let a loud-mouthed racist promote his agenda and it is all ok, because you need good neurosurgeons in Florida, huh? Boy, I guess you would've hired Hitler for a paperhanger, too! Have you no standards? Oops. sorry…of course you don't! Lowlifes defend lowlifes. And Sir, I wouldn't call a nice white Christian lady of high moral values and intelligence a schmuck! Didn't your Mommy raise you right? Oh, of course..you are right…far right and excuse racism..lol
Comment posted July 25, 2009 @ 11:17 pm
Okay, the poor boob plays the “racist” card. Uh-huh. What's next?
Argumentum at Hitlerum. Haven't heard that one in a while, but still pretty blah.
Ringing in the “Christian” crap. Doesn't know I'm “raised Catholic, but I got over it” atheist (alumnus of the Jesuit processing system).
And it closes with the “racism” bushwah.
Gawd, can't these shit-for-brains Obamaphiles come up with anything substantive?
Well, no. “If God didn't want them sheared, he would not have made them sheep.”
And there's Barry with the clippers, planning on mutton dinner tonight.
Comment posted July 26, 2009 @ 4:51 pm
Tuci Baby, How easy you dismiss someone playing the racist card! You defend a physician that acts like that? Being a Catholic…(.cafeteria sect…lol…myself.)….I cannot hate the man, but I cannot forgive him because my state needs good neurosurgeons…..come on…! Yes, I agree that that remark about your hiring Hitler for your paper hanger was going back awhile…and should leave all the Hitler comparisons to Rush and Savage, ad nauseum.! Maybe you would just hang around with David Duke…because you found something good he contributes….although at the moment I am not able to think of one thing. I also don't think you should refer to “Christian Crap”, for you may get some conservatives churchgoers pretty mad. I forgot to add, that my husband is an ex-navy pilot…(going for the patriotic picture..lol)..who is a big Obama backer…tells me is he a socialist. What a guy! Also, your line about the sheep is one of his favorite from ” The Magnificent Seven”, as I recall. But he and I agree, our president is not here to shear but to shepherd this country in dire need of a very smart leader…thank God for him!
Comment posted July 26, 2009 @ 9:26 pm
The stuporous, reflexive tender of the “racist card” is so commonplace among the “Liberal” apparatchiki that those of us with a sense of humor – and, yes, I know that this qualification leaves you out of the discussion, Sunshine – can't help but smirk and shake our heads slowly.
Kinda like listening to my youngest grandkids and their interminable fart jokes. Hell, what else is one to expect from people of diminished capacity?
Again, regarding Dr. McKalip, I have neither need nor inclination (nor warrant) either to forgive or to condemn him for his opposition to your Mombasa Messiah or his circulation of a perfectly appropriate cobbled-together satirical graphic representation of Barry Soetoro as a Papuan witch-doctor.
Indeed, given Barry's Indonesian name (he never did get it legally changed back to “Barack Hussein Obama II,” y'know), depicting him as a Melanesian shaman was exceptionally witty, don'tcha think?
I merely observe that brain surgeons are hard to come by in Florida (“Malpractice Hell,” I believe I called it, didn't I?), and that if Dr. McKalip is denied staff privileges at the two hospitals he serves in the St. Petersburg area, it is the quality of care afforded by those institutions – and the lives of the patients treated there – which will suffer most.
You go down to Florida and picket Dr. McKalip's office, please, Sunshine.
When one of his patients busts you in the chops – might even be a Black patient; who knows? – I wish you well of the learning experience.

I've been telling you people for over a year now, that beneath all the sad, twisted attempts at humor, and the seemingly lack of the ability to address the issues, there is a superficial racial animus towards President Obmaa, that we need to deal with, out in the open. Not everyone who disagrees with President Obama is a racist, but if you disagree with the man, you don't have to use cartoons of monkeys, gorillas, watermelons, and racial stereotypes…we get it! The problem for these people is, that white American attitudes about race, have made a pronounced improvement, and despite Republican attempts to embrace and distance themselves from the bigots in their own party who they find themselves surrounded by, there aren't enough of those people left in this country, to get them back in power. They will continue to be loud as their influence continues to shrink. Tuci78 misses a very important point…the cartoons and satire about Bush II may have addressed his lack of intellect, but they never made fun of him because he was a white male, and to even imply its the same thing is disengenuous. I'd further add, how is making these types of comments, allegedly from a MD and leader within the community, going to teach people how to respect each other? Tit for tat?

Oh Tuci, how could a guy taught by the Jesuits be such a bore? Going back and saying I have no sense of humor again…can you remember past yesterday? I am a funny gal..but I would not try proving it to anyone like you who still sticks up for a man who posted racist slurs on blogs and sent out insulting racist pics of our President. I am funny ..but I also am discerning and have quite a bit of taste…and what that man did was awful..no matter his job! (By the way, my grandkids don't go around telling fart jokes..thank heavens!) I sent one of the oldest ones a fart birthday card…just so he would know his G'Ma could surprise him. Now, I think you insulted me by characterizing me as having diminished capacity, which is hilarious coming from someone who defends a man who is not trying to heal our country, but keep dividing it. I can go thru the NYT crossword on Sunday..do you get past the comics? Have no desire to picket the Dr.'s office..have written to several places about him….I love to picket…did it all during Bush's illegal war and was given the finger and called names and am proud I didprotest, for week after week, we got more and more fingers up and less name-calling. We were not a bunch of wild-eyed liberal wonks…we were grandmothers, teenagers, couples with families and several Iraqi-War Vets… So, sit down in your rocker and enjoy your grandkids and leave me the hell alone, if you want to keep rationalizing this sickening Dr. and call all liberals names. We are upstanding citizens and do not endorse insulting people of color.

Hm? You ever know any Jesuit comedians?
Oh, and Sunshine is a “gal.” How nice.
More “racist” nonsense, more unfounded claims of being “discerning” and having “quite a bit of taste” – this from a butt-sucking, self-blinded Obamaphile whose level of discernment about Barry Soetoro obviously doesn't rise to the level at which she's read what can be found online at http://colony14.net/id41.html – more “Liberal” bullshit about how attacking their Mombasa Messiah must automatically imply that the attacker of their “red diaper baby” Fraudulence-in-Chief was a supporter of Doofus Dubbya, and yadda, yadda, socialist dimwit yadda….
Hm. The more I read of his detractors, the closer I come to concluding that Dr. McKalip – for all that he's an arrogant goddam cutter – might be the kind of guy I could tolerate for five minutes' worth of discussion in the physicians' dining room.
Comment posted July 27, 2009 @ 2:24 am
Tuci, If you just figured out I was a gal after mentioning my husband…I would say the' diminishing capacity' insult you threw at me…should come back to you swift and fast! Also, if you would sit for even five minutes in discussion with this sewer varmint, you evidently had sick days when the Jesuits taught about morals and ethics. And all the jibberish you keep bringing up about the Mombasa Messiah? What the hell conspiracy are you wrapped up in now? You poor soul…..screwed up and not a nice boy!
Comment posted July 27, 2009 @ 2:33 am
Aw, Sunshine! Are you egotistical enough to believe that everybody reads every goddam thing you've posted, instead of paying rather selective attention to your spewings?
Besides, you're a “Liberal.” You and your husband could very well be… Well, you<./i> know. Nothing against gay marriage and all that…
Mostly, though, I had the Jesuits for Organic Chemistry, Metaphysics, Psychology, Logic, and the greatest part of my Theology courses. Pretty good in a seminar, they were. For “morals and ethics” I had a lay Ph.D., and there was nothing of any religious element in that course at all.
What, you don't like “Mombasa Messiah” used to designate the Anointed One you worship so fervently? Jeez, tough. Think of that nanotech violin, playing “Hearts and Flowers” in a wee, teeny, tiny register, just for you.
Comment posted July 27, 2009 @ 3:17 am
Tuci, You are giving me a headache…I have never thought of my president as the Annointed One….and don't know one of my friends or family that does. I have decided it is only sickos like you who actually read the Colony 14 shit! My gosh, it has every conspiracy known to man…son of Malcolm X???…had to quit..it was too much. No wonder if you read that dirt, you are tolerant of this racist sick Dr..! You said you did not have any religious element in your “morals and ethics” class…hate to surprise you but morals and ethics are held by people without any religion…and does not have to be intertwined with it..An Athiest friend had some of the highest morals and ethics I knew..and eek, I have an Islamic friend who is the best and most moral human I have ever known. Surprise, surprise! I feel sorry for people like you who are so wrapped up in hatred. Peace be with you…if you recognize it.

CaSunshine,
Tuci is a master of twisted words. He has way too much time on his hands. He is a man filled with hate and pretends not to be a conservative Republican. I had some written jousting with him and felt he was not worth my time of day. It is possible he is maybe Rush Limbaugh or Ann Coulter in disguise on this posting board!

Sunshine, I hadn't started to read The Obama Timeline at http://colony14.net/id41.html until a couple of days ago.
When I got into it, my first thought was that it had been drafted – with copious references and dispassionate language – as if it were being prepared for submission to peer review at a referee'd scholarly journal. What is it precisely – I mean, apart from its grindingly thorough revelation of everything you really don't want people to know about Barry Soetoro – that you dislike so much about it?
Who knows, maybe you have an argument. Won't be able to judge until you put forth, will we?
And, of course, ethics and morals can be formulated and taught without recourse to any Mean Old Guy in the Sky. That's how my college philosophy department set up that course. The religious stuff was left to the Department of Theology.
Jeez, Sunshine. You have precisely no experience of Jesuits whatsoever, do you?

# 1, just because one is Caucasian and is not feeling Obama or some of his issues doesn't mean that they are racist just as not all Republicans are racist just as there are Democrats who are racist, they just show their stripes differently. I refer you to:
(a) http://pumabydesign001.wordpress.com/2009/07/21…
(b) http://pumabydesign001.wordpress.com/2009/07/18…
© http://pumabydesign001.wordpress.com/2009/07/17… .
What is the difference between a Democratic Racist and a Republican Racist?
Answer: (a) where they keep their lawn jockeys; and (b) (i) When a Democrat makes a racist statement, Msm downplays the incident and minimizes coverage, (ii) African Americans and their leaders downplay the offense as well or will not even address it thereby giving Democrats a free pass. Republicans do not enjoy these luxuries.

Patrick, Before I read your post, I had just the same idea..lol! I think the man has too much time on his hands and his head is filled with vile, hateful thoughts. Thanks for your note..it is nice to know that we outnumber these poor souls without consciences. Just to think it could be Limbaugh or Coulter in disguise is funny and scarey at the same time.,, lol. They hate a black man in the White House so much…they will say anything to insult him…while most everyone I know is so proud to have him as our president..a man with great intelligence and who is working his buns off to get this country going again. It is an awesome job and these people sit there and all they contribute is a constant criticism…….good thing Obama doesn't listen to their hate talk…and goes on. Limbaugh and Savage and all those jerks have nothing…just lies and insinuations. They are frustrated because they don't have any of his good qualities…which are many. Here's to America and to Obama's hard work!!

Tsk. I hate having a socialist anywhere on the federal payroll, and having one at the top of the decision tree is disaster.
Not “disaster waiting to happen” but “disaster” PERIOD.
Barry Soetoro is to the American economy what saturation bombing was to Tokyo in 1945.
His “great intelligence” is no advantage when what he's using it for is the catastrophic obliteration of the market economy.
But, of course, Sunshine, all you can see is his cutaneous melanin content.
Tsk. Typical “Liberal” racist.

Tuci, all I can see is your obsession with hating Obama or Barry Soetoro or whatever your dumb brain is fixated on. I wear the term Liberal proudly and am trying to make the world better…not polute it with your spreading of lies, innuendoes, etc. My husband is a retired stockbroker…..and has no problems with Obama's financial policies…more worrisome were Bush 1 and 2..and stupid Reagan's trickle down theory. Keep your hatred away from me…I would rather not talk to people who are there only to spread unsound rumors and made-up gossip…how sad! God bless Barack!

Well, it's less an obsession on my part than a merry opportunity to stick a couple of banderillas into a charging socialist whose legal name appears still to be “Barry Soetoro” 'cause he never got it changed back to “Barack Hussein Obama II” when his adoptive father, Lolo Soetoro, told Stanley Ann Dunham: “For the love of Allah, send the little bastard back to live with your mother!”
And, Sunshine, if you truly “wear the term Liberal proudly” then your a clueless asshole (sorry about that, but let's get the diagnosis down precisely) and I wish I could be around to watch you learn better. Likely it'll be an experience that just about completely kills you, but if you survive the catastrophic collision of what we'll charitably call your “ideals” with the big, wonderful world of reality, you might learn something.
I'm not betting on it, 'cause you're a “Liberal”/socialist/fascist/progressive and therefore fully qualified for organ harvest as you sit there in front of your Macintosh (you are one of those poor, crippled, incompetent Mac users, aint'cha?) wondering if your most recent Feminique application can be stretched another day, but Dum spiro, spero.

Are you referring to Barry Soetoro, our affirmative action President-with-an-asterisk?
Darn, chris. Don'tcha know that Barry is only a teensy bit “black” to begin with? His father was Luo tribe, and represents a mixture of East African black and Arab ethnicity. His mom was entirely white (and his maternal grandparents raised him white, meaning that he had to LEARN how to fake it as an American black man.)
Almost all American blacks, by the way, are WEST African in origin. Thinking of Barry the Stoner as any kind of “black man” in our cultural context is like imagining that a second-generation Ukrainian is part of the culture brought to this continent by the Irish who began flooding into America back during the Potato Famine.
Gawd, chris, but you ARE a schmuck, aren't you?
