		<description>sad, but true we are current but will be in default next month, we don&#039;t know who to turn to anymore, without the cramdown, we have to just walk away as we don&#039;t have anymore savings at all. Calling President Obama to please respond and support the revival of cramdown proponents, loan mod doesn&#039;t work because our lender won&#039;t even talk to us or says we don&#039;t qualify.</description>
