sad, but true we are current but will be in default next month, we don't know who to turn to anymore, without the cramdown, we have to just walk away as we don't have anymore savings at all. Calling President Obama to please respond and support the revival of cramdown proponents, loan mod doesn't work because our lender won't even talk to us or says we don't qualify.
