The timing of this mandate that has is interesting. Newsy.com's research found different perspectives on the potential impact of increasing the minimum wage during a recession. Their findings seem to be more negative than positive: http://www.newsy.com/videos/743 The threat of high unemployment rates and Cost of Goods may be costly for this already downturned economy.
