		<description>I think the is more of a state&#039;s rights issue than a gun rights one. Its simple. South Carolina might not care if people with concealed weapons permits travel into their state, but maybe Vermont does. This is not something that should be dictated at the federal level. I think the the Senate made the right choice.</description>
