Bachmann: Americans Want to Pay More for Their Health Insurance

Reps. Michele Bachmann and John Kline, both Republicans from Minnesota, are now arguing against the so-called “public option” because it will be cheaper than private insurance. And we all know that if there’s one thing Americans don’t want, it’s to pay less for their health care.

The question is, do the voters in her district want to pay more, and will they remember on election day?

A much wiser idea is to take a long hard look at the entire health insurance industry and then work to remedy the situation by taking out the waste and creating new, innovative ideas that would be a benefit for all.
