If it really was just a "misunderstanding" you have to wonder why Blair didn't come out with a clarification the day the WaPo story came out. I am betting that he is probably hoping that nobody really covers his letter to Sen Feingold and instead relys on the WaPo's characterization of what he said. Thanks for shining a light on this.
