The democrat&#039;s plan doesn&#039;t change the structure of health care much, but it does address important issues such as pre-existing conditions and risk rating. If the republicans really want a health care system that is simple and efficient, they should join 65% of Americans and 80% of doctors in supporting single payer.</description>
