That's right. Abu Gonzales was a Texas Supreme Court “Justice.”
And, it's only “judicial activism” if you don't like the outcome.

This is also the state that gave us Alberto Gonzales (Mr. I don't remember). He was also a state supreme court justice. Do you expect them to understand the law?
