Dear sir.I am trayin to get jou atention for the use of directed energy weapons up on my person and also my family and my children .I am a surviviour of one uprecedent torture from inteligence agensies from the jear 2001 till this moment I am tortured sadistically and monitoret 24/7 from so solled non-leathal weapons these weapons can kill any time desired .These agensies are operatin against the law in copmlite wiolatin of the human rights and putin my life to extreme danger usin havily directed energy .i am livin in agony betwen life and death , for all these jeares ,not bein able to put foode in the table for my children usin torture and keapin me completaly disable from workin and and hapines .I am on Albanian citisen i come in USA in the year 1993 where in facte in the beginin of my life ther I wos subjectet to remote mind control covertely douin great demage to my live ,health worke and so on In the year 2001 I belive these inteligence agensies got to a highier step implatet me in both my two eares where i wos introduset to superextreme torture weth soundes and non stope electroshockes and constante brain rape , and body torture on any livin organe they wishet so I vould comit crimes against my will in comunity . I am tortured weth soundes electroshockes ,hearte atackes and lungs ectremely where my fisical,and mental health is deteroiratin they have experimentet on my douin thausen ELECTRONIC WATERBORDIN weth ather mean these weapons cowardely are disinet and imitate and maybe can make it worse the experiense deprivin me from sleap douin this jus for sadistic need treatment hade bring me very very cloase to a death in these ocasiones so they vould stop just before that hapan weth extremely high precizion when i have trayed to sleap weth these tecnologies,also i have hunderd of s witnes wich have hapan to be weth me during this super MERCILESS proceduare where I they would make me moanin in sreamin pain this is the moste shamefulle think a man can be put throo I am a pecefool person and i am not a terrorist ore have ever hade contacte ore even hase crosed my minde .I come back in Albania in 2003 and i am still tortured from these weapons.
