The bill clearly states that a person may carry a concealed weapon into an establishment that serves alcohol but cannot himself indulge in alcoholic beverages. Arizona has a strict enforcement on such laws and anyone caught consuming and "carrying" would be subject to arrest and charges against him/her and prison time.<br>As far as Napolitano is concerned, she was a huge stain on the State of Arizona and the majority were glad to see her gone. She was soft on crime, soft on illegal immigration and just used AZ as a stepping stone to a higher office. Now she is Director of Homeland Security?......God help us all. You bet we are the "old West" and one of the last bastions of freedom and one of the lowest in crime rates.......because.........criminals are never sure who is protected or not. Sure, we have "liberal" gun laws" and I challenge you to come up with one incident of a responsible citizen going into a restaurant in Arizona and shooting up the place........we leave that to the parolees and criminals, or true nutcases.
