		<description>Ohh boy more Government Regulation without charging those who have shown they need to be regulated. Levy a &quot;tax&quot; to pay for (God help me I said it) on those being regulated for their own good and everyone else&#039;s. A .001% on trades would more than pay for the the increased budget of the SEC. As well the mortgage industry should pay for their own regulation, don&#039;t squeem, otherwise everyone not related with their profits gets to pay the tab... Is it that hard?</description>
