Ohh boy more Government Regulation without charging those who have shown they need to be regulated. Levy a “tax” to pay for (God help me I said it) on those being regulated for their own good and everyone else's. A .001% on trades would more than pay for the the increased budget of the SEC. As well the mortgage industry should pay for their own regulation, don't squeem, otherwise everyone not related with their profits gets to pay the tab… Is it that hard?
