And I 'theorize' that Boone has in his old age, confuses pure speculation with fact. Furthermore I 'theorize' that having a limited sense of discrimination in processing information, accords a more elevated status upon the “USJF” than is justified.

Yes. What counts is where the child is born, not the citizenship of either

And that is why such prominent conservative Senators who are also lawyers
as Orren Hatch and Lindsay Graham say that a Natural Born Citizen is simply
one who was born in the USA:

up to become leader of the free world.”

Jindal, of course, would be even less of a citizen under Vattel’s concept
because neither of his parents were citizens at the time of his birth. His
mother was about three months pregnant when they came to the USA.

Who the hell appointed you the official “vetters” of only Barack Obama? I didn't hear anybody here demanding to see the birth certificate of GW Bush? why not? Because he is white? Thought so!
You imbeciles believe that President Obama would have been granted the highest level of national security clearance in the country by just presenting his smile? You think that the national security officials (who at the time were under Bush) wouls have just bypassed all the required documentation requirements, authentication, etc. because they thought President-elect Obama was just so charming? He was vetted by the appropriate authorities, and he was more vetted than any past President, believe me!
You people are full of crap and those of you who do happen to be U.S. citizens should get your citizenship revoked for doing what you are doing.

YOU ARE WRONG! STANELY ANN DUNHAM WAS A U.S. BORN CITIZEN, SHE DID NOT HAVE TO “MEET” ANY RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT UNDER YOUR MADE UP HAWAIIAN LAW. She married Obama senior when she was 18 y/o, and had President Obama when she was 19 y/o. That is NOT UNDERAGE. There was no treaty with Kenya for “dual citizenship”. In order for a child to have “dual citizenship” the parents or parent has to be a citizen of a country where the U.S. has a treaty where “dual citizenship” is granted. Kenya was not and still is not one of those countries.
By the way, idiot, having dual citizenship does not dilue ones citizenship of where one was born! It only means that that child is a citizen of both countries, until the legal age of 18, at which time, and if they don't chose, they become sole citizens of the country where they are residing at the time. BARACK OBAMA WAS NEVER BARRY SOETORO! The school he attended in Indonesia made the assumption that his last name was that of the husband of his mother, that does not mean that his name was ever officially changed or that Mr. Soetoro ever adopted him. Barack Obama WAS NEVER A CITIZEN OF INDONESIA, he was a always a U.S. citizen and while in Indonesia (4 years) he was temporary legal resident–and still a U.S. Citizen.

A “Natural Born Citizen” is someone born on U.S. Soil. It has absolutely nothing to do with the nationality or citizenship of the parents.

President Obama's father's family in Kenya was very opposed to the marriage of Obama Sr. and Stanley Ann Dunham, and as such made much ado that if he chose to disobey them and marry her anyway that he (Obama Sr. ) would be disowned from the family and not allowed back. Why then would a pregnant Stanley Ann Dunham travel to Kenya where she was not wanted? Because SHE DID NOT! She never went to Kenya, ever.

All your fantasies have already been debunked. His father was Kenyan on a studen visa in Hawaii. He met Stanley Ann Dunham in college, she was 18 y/o when they wed, in Hawaii. His mother, a U.S. born citizen did not have to meet “U.S. residency requirements” for anything, she was a U.S. citizen! President Obama was born in Hawaii when his mother was 19 y/o. His mother NEVER traveled to Kenya, either before or after President Obama's birth. When President Obama's father ( Barack Obama Sr.) decided he wanted to marry Stanely Ann Dunham, his family in Kenya were totally opposed to it, and told him that if he married her that he should never return to them. So it would make no sense for Ann Dunham to have gone to Kenya when she was pregnant anyway. They all remained in Hawaii until President Obama's father graduated from the Univesity, he (the father) received a full scholarship to attend Harvard Graduate School, and left Ann Dunham with baby Barack Obama in Hawaii with her parents. His father never returned to Hawaii until years later for a short visit. When Barack Obama was 4 years old, his parents divorced and his father returned to Kenya after graduating from Harvard graduate School. Obama Sr. then pursued his doctorate degree somewhere else (I can't recall where). After their divorce, Ann Dunham met another university student, fell in love and married him. Her second husband never adopted Barack Obama. Barack Obama went to live with his mother and her new husband in Indonesia for a few years–between the ages of 6-9 or something like that. The school he attended made the assumption that his name was the same as the husband of his mother–and that is what they initially put on their school records (certainly not an official record of anything). Barack Obama always had that name, his last name was never Soetoro, because he was never adopted by his step father. Barack Obama returned to the United States and chose to live with his grandparents in Hawaii rather than return to Indonesia with his mother. The rest is history.

This should be simple to sort out.

Did Ann Durham have a U.S. Passport at that time?
Was she granted a Visa to travel to Kenya before the birth?
Are there any records of her returning to the USA during that year?

Another little item the Birthers choose to ignore is the Hawaiian policy against giving out birth certificates to foreign born babies, and the fact that Baby Barack was born in the Hawiian hospital according to the BC on file. You would have to be kinda stoopid to believe that the hospital would be in on the scam, or that the Durhams would go to that much trouble to ensure the baby could be eligible to be US president someday. A special kind of stoopid. But, that's our Pat Boone the Baffoon. I remember that 30 years ago that idiot claimed that he still spanked his 20 year old daughter Debbie- and would continue to do so until she married and the ass whipping rights were transferred to her husband. You can't fix stoopid.
