Pat Boone Joins the Birthers

By
Monday, June 29, 2009 at 2:57 pm

The aging song stylist uses the latest edition of his Newsmax.com column to demand the president’s birth certificate (it’s here, by the way), repeating some rumors about the conspiracy theory that were debunked months ago.

[A] widely known and experienced investigator, Dr. Jerome Corsi, flew to Kenya in search of a certificate of birth he had reason to believe existed there. But he was detained and stonewalled by Kenyan officials. He couldn’t obtain confirmation but received no denial. He was just ordered to leave the country.

During that same time, some reported seeing a videotaped proclamation by his paternal step-grandmother that she was in the delivery room and saw Barack H. Obama born in Mombasa, in what is now Kenya!

Boone, unlike most people who repeat this myth, gets Sarah Obama’s relationship to the president correct, but the video in question doesn’t say anything like this. Also, this is somewhat new to me:

Many, who know more than I do about what actually happened, notably the United States Justice Foundation, have surmised that baby Obama’s mother, about to have her child in Kenya, had booked a flight to Hawaii but was prohibited from flying because delivery was so imminent. But soon after baby Barack was born, USJF theorizes she flew with him to Oahu and obtained some kind of “record of birth” as if he’d been born there.

There is no record or anecdote of Ann Dunham ever traveling to Kenya with her soon-to-be-estranged husband Barack Obama Sr., but the idea of a very pregnant 18-year-old woman taking a transatlantic flight makes perfect sense to Boone et al.

Not just a transatlantic flight: either across the Atlantic, then the entire USA or across the indian ocean, then 2/3s across the pacific. Plausible! /sarcasm.

Whatever Boone says (sorry, didn't read it), Weigel is still covering up this issue. I've repeatedly challenged him to take the simple step of just picking up the phone, calling HI, and – using questions I provide – asking them to confirm his assumptions. He's repeatedly refused to do so. I mean really, how difficult is it to make one phone call? How many phone calls have you made just today? Does George Soros go as far as tapping their lines or something?

The questions are linked at the end of the first part of this page, and if you do a find for “Weigel” at that page you'll see something he doesn't want you to see.

And, to make it just as easy as possible for him, here's one of the questions:

Did the 10/31 statement (or any other official statement from the state government) confirm that Obama was born in Hawaii, as some have assumed?

Bear in mind that, despite repeated requests, Weigel refuses to pick up the phone and ask HI officials that question.

Ask yourself: what sort of reporter would refuse to make such an easy phone call?

The danger of not standing up to see proof of eligibility is great. He could be blackmailed by nations having his information, Pakistan, Indonesia and Kenya. He could be blackmailed by his own circle of administration or college classmates. This could result in danger to him and his family as well as a decision made by pressure from blackmailers.

Charges and evidence, court style, are at my website: http://www.divine-way.com/forgery_evidences_sss… and http://obama-birth-cert-forged-sss-impeach.blog…

Leave a note saying you want this cleared up for his own safety and that of the nation.

I can't hear the video, but those who aren't BHO cultists might want to know that the BHO campaign creatively edited a Corsi quote to make him look bad. Taking a whole sentence out of the middle of a quote – without ellipses? I don't know whether even a hack like Weigel would stoop that low. But, that's what the BHO campaign did.

Alferd can't seem to type without getting things wrong.

In this case, I did make a few calls and send a couple emails. And, this is the only response I got.

If Weigel were telling the truth, then it shouldn't have been an issue for HI to confirm Weigel's assumptions. Yet, HI did not.

So: HI did not confirm Weigel's assumptions.

The challenge now is to get hacks like Weigel to either get HI to confirm their assumptions, or for those hacks to publicly admit that their assumptions are wrong. That's why I want Weigel to make the call.

(If you're a BHO cultist, ask someone who's smart to explain this to you.)

Wow 24, you’ve got the goods on Obama with that one. You’ve got a forty-one page PDF that is missing ONE insignificant sentence. I wouldn’t be surprised if Obama’s goons will be wanting to silence you if you keep highlighting that one missing sentence. And thanks, I used to think that only loons doubted what really happened on 9/11, but with that one sentence added back in, it’s obvious he’s totally sane when he casts doubts on the validity of science he clearly doesn’t understand.

And I see you’re up to the same thing here. You don’t “know” that Obama has been engaging in an absurdly improbable cover-up of his true identity for several decades now, which would have required him to control government officials he couldn’t possible control. You just want more people to ask questions about it, so much so, that you’ve become entirely obsessed with these questions and continue to look like a loon because you’re pushing them so hard. But obviously, you’re not a loon. You just want questions answered. Questions that don’t occur to most normal people because they’re not obsessed with undoing the results of the last election.

Marie … there IS NO DANGER to the U.S. because the doggoned Hawaii birth certificate is legitimate!

Seriously – what does it take to convince you people?

I mean, suppose I were to concoct a crazy story that you are a space alien. You think that's silly, and you don't respond.

Then suppose that I go around claim that your non-response (or failure to provide disprove my made-up claim, to my satisfation) means that there are “risks” and “unanswered questions” and “things that need to be cleared up” about your space alien status.

I could even claim that your failure to disprove my assertion that you are a space alien means you are not really a U.S. citizen, since we all know that no space aliens are natural born citizens. Suppose I then claim that you should be deported on that basis… and file a ridiculous lawsuit to force the Homeland Security Department to investigate you, and strip your citizenship rights, on account of your space alien status.

I bet you would be pretty darned ticked off, and would probably get tired pretty fast at trying to prove a negative (i.e., that you are NOT a space alien, despite all the questions I'd raised on the Internet, in the court filings, etc.).

Now – substitute your identity for Barack Obama's, and explain to me how any of these cockamamie tactics are any different from what is going on here.

From the LAT page, bolding added: The Obama campaign has provided at The Ticket's request what it says is a copy of the Illinois senator's official birth certificate.

What's on that page is just an image on a website, it isn't the real thing. And, note the weasely way the LAT describes it: “what it says”.

It's probably accurate, but we don't know that for certain. It's never been verified by the issuing agency (they only said they have a copy on file, they didn't confirm their copy matches that picture).

Seriously: this is how things operate in North Korea or religious cults, where the leaders make their own reality and then hacks like Weigel try to enforce it by smearing those who simply state the facts.

That sounds right. I guess I would have to produce my birth certificate to show I was born here in a hospital that could be checked out or a doctor's name. It would help if I could show I had my required health immunizations here as I grew up. It would help to show I consistently attended school here and that I did not accept financial aid available to aliens. I wouldn't be worried, I would only have to provide records that are on record.

My big mistake would be hiding my records and paying big money to prevent people from seeing my records. Because, you would surely get rid of me if I were a space alien.

From the DHHL

—–
Primary Documents

Birth certificates (Certificates of Live Birth and Certifications of Live Birth) and Certificates of Hawaiian Birth are the primary documents used to determine native Hawaiian qualification.

The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands accepts both Certificates of Live Birth (original birth certificate) and Certifications of Live Birth because they are official government records documenting an individual’s birth. The Certificate of Live Birth generally has more information which is useful for genealogical purposes as compared to the Certification of Live Birth which is a computer-generated printout that provides specific details of a person’s birth. Although original birth certificates (Certificates of Live Birth) are preferred for their greater detail, the State Department of Health (DOH) no longer issues Certificates of Live Birth. When a request is made for a copy of a birth certificate, the DOH issues a Certification of Live Birth.

Note that I am not suggesting that they are in fact a brother and sister who married…just laying out the facts so that you can draw your own reasoned conclusions.

You are right except mine did not come as a certificate of live birth or even as a birth certificate. I sent for a long and short form copy of my birth certificate and received a letterhead with the city seal printed on it. Neither supplied my time of birth, size, or hospital information. It said it was a true extract from records of birth in the city. The city clerk signed it and sealed with a raised seal.

The point is, there is a greater record on file. If I needed more information, I should be able to get it by requesting it. I have my original, but it is in poor condition.

This is why I concentrate more on other evidence, that his father was a Kenyan citizen and he was adopted and became an Indonesian citizen. Those both give him dual loyalties. In addition, his mother's divorce papers show he was over 18 years old when they divorced. He would have been an Indonesian citizen on a student visa in America. That is why he had to forged his Selective Service Registration because he did not have to register when he was 18 because he was a foreign national on a student visa. Detains are in the website I refered to in my first post.

A liar cannot be trusted in any circumstance. A black liar is no better than a white liar. The danger in this black man is that racist people will refuse to see the guilt in a man that spends close to a million dollars to hide his identity, because they also are black. Racism overlooks the qualities of a person because of the color or their skin. In our situation with Barack Obama, it is the blacks who are the racists.

The title “racist” cannot attach to me; I am a white woman who has attended a black church for over three years and I live in the home of a black family. As for the “demented” title, time will tell.

Obamabich, my attorney (who happens to be right here with me) says that your two doctors and three nurses are in violation of the Treaty of Sussex which holds that proffering false statements in regards to a world leader’s personal medical record is a felony punishable by up to three years in the stockades and fifty million dollars; and as such, has issued a Cease & Desist order signed by six very important people; all of whom are with me right now. As such, you are required to immediately renounce all claims to knowing any and all medical personnel and/or nurses who have made any such claims as to have negative knowledge of Obama’s place of birth.

In addition, we have obtained a Writ of Rejoinder from the Supreme Court of the United States which states that your offer of a $10k reward for said challenge is entirely fraudulent in nature, due to your inability to fulfill the financial obligations entitled to the challenge fulfiller. To wit, you’re broke. You have so little money, in fact, that you can’t even afford proper punctuation; with even basic marks like apostrophes being clearly out of your price range. As such, it is absolutely inconceivable that you have $10,000 to offer to anyone for anything.

And as the final nail in your coffin: I happen to have those two doctors and three nurses right here with me, and then insist that you’re a total nutcase. They tell me that they’ve tried to explain this to you repeatedly and that you just sit there with your fingers in your ears singing “Na na na na! I can’t hear you!” over and over. But they’ve shown me the photographs of them delivering Barack Obama in that hospital on that day, including when Jack Lord first placed the lei around baby Obama’s neck and anointed him a future president of the United States. Also in the background is me, taking my picture with young Rufus Jackson, who totally disappointed me with his lack of doing anything with his life.

And so that’s the end of it. It’s over. You lost. So you can take your so-called nurses with their impossibly boring nurse’s notebooks and shove them in your piehole. I’ve got your nurses right here and they totally agree with me. As do your attorneys, who have said that they never want you to speak with them again. That’s what happens when you don’t pay your bills. And if you want to announce that at a press conference, be my guest. But as a word of advice: Press conferences normally don’t entail allowing hobos to grope you while you shout with your pants around your ankles, no matter what they told you to the contrary.

ALL OF YOU DUMBA@@ CRATS OUT THERE. TAKE THE PEPSI CHALLENGE.
I WAS BORN THE SAME YEAR AS OBAMA OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES AND I GOT A COLB FROM HAWAII THAT LOOKS LIKE HIS.
MY BROTHER HOWEVER WAS BORN IN HAWAII AND HE HAS A REAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE AS SHOWN IN THE WEB LINK BELOW.

I ALSO HAPPEN TO HAVE 2 DOCTORS IN MY FAMILY THAT WERE PRACTICING IN HAWAII AT THE HOSPITAL OBAMA WAS SUPPOSEDLY BORN IN.
ONE OF THEIR WIVES WORKED IN THE MATERNITY WARD AND WAS WORKING THE DAY THAT OBAMINATION WAS BORN.
SHE AND HER 2 OTHER FRIENDS BOTH NURSES SAY WITHOUT A DOUBT THAT THERE WAS NO WHITE WOMAN THAT GAVE BIRTH TO A MUTTLATO(WHITE/BLACK MIX.)
BABY AND THAT THERE WERE ONLY 3 BIRTHS AT THE HOSPITAL THAT DAY.
ALL OF THEM WERE ASIAN TYPE NATIVE HAWAIIAN BABIES.
SO THIS TO ME IS PROOF OF THE FRAUBAMA'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE BEING A LASER PHOTO SHOPPED FAKE AND ON TOP OF THAT EVEN IF HE HAS A COLB IT COULD EASILY BE OBTAINED IF HE WAS BORN OUTSIDE OF THE USA JUST LIKE ME.
I HAVE ALWAYS JUST SHOWED MY COLB. BUT I AM NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN BUT I AM BELIEVED TO BE ONE JUST LIKE FRAUDBAMA.
SO THE PEPSI CHALLENGE IS THAT IF ANYONE CAN FIND SOMEONE ELSE THAT WILL SIGN AN AFFIDAVIT THAT THEY WORKED AT THE HOSPITAL ON THE DAY FRAUDBAMA WAS SUPPOSEDLY BORN AND WITNESSED HIS BIRTH. I HAVE A CHECK FOR THEM FOR 10K NO QUESTIONS ASKED THAT WILL BE PLACED IN AN ESCROW ACCOUNT WITH AN ATTORNEY OF THEIR CHOICE AND DISPERSED WHEN THE AFFIDAVIT IS PROVIDED AND THEY HAVE ANOTHER CREDIBLE WITNESS TO BACK THEIR STORY AND WAS A NURSE OR MEDICAL PROVIDER AT THE HOSPITAL AT THE DAY AND TIME OF FRAUDBAMA'S BIRTH.

SO ANYONE GAME?

PERSONAL INFORMATION OTHER THAN THE RACE AND TIME OF BIRTH OR DEATH OF PATIENT.
EVEN IF THEY DID NOT KEEP A LOG. IT WAS PRETTY SIMPLE TO REMEMBER BECAUSE BLACK/WHITE COUPLES WERE LIKE HENS TEETH BACK THEN.
IT WAS EXTREMELY TABOO.
SO IN THE HOSPITAL THE FRAUDBAMA WAS SUPPOSEDLY BORN IN THERE WERE NO BLACK/WHITE AFROAMERICAN BABY BIRTHS FROM 1960 TO 1965. HOWEVER THERE WERE SEVERAL BIRTHS OF AFRO AMERICANS HOWEVER ALL OF THEM WERE BLACK MOTHERS. ONCE AGAIN DISPROVING FRAUDBAMAS BIRTH. HIS MOTHER WAS WHITE AS SNOW.

Personally, and allowing for the possible exception of an occasional TBN fundraiser that may have had TD Jakes present, I'm not aware or convinced that Pat Boone has embraced a person of color since he starred with Erik Estrada in “The Cross and the Switchblade” in the early 70's, and I doubt very seriously if many people of color read his current columns.

Yes, Obamabich, I accept your Pepsi Challenge. It just so happens that *I* was in that hospital on the day Obama was born and witnessed his birth. I remember distinctly when I said to my notary (who was with me at the time), “Hey, this black kid being born to a white woman really looks like something special. I think I'll want to remember this kid someday, just in case he turns out to be someone special and people start doubting the story of his birth. Could you please make out an affidavit of me saying that I was here and saw him being born, so I can use it in case some lying loonbag doubts the birth of this kid?” And he was like, “Yeah, that's a good idea. You could probably get some sort of cash reward for providing proof that you were here. But hey, you should make sure to get another credible witness to back your story; preferably one who was a nurse or medical provider here at the hospital at the time of this kid's birth.” And so we decided to not take any chances and got both a nurse AND a medical provider to back-up my story, as well as autographing the affidavit for me; for posterity's sake. And we did it and I have the affidavit right here with me.

Unfortunately, the black kid we were talking about was Rufus Jackson, a nobody slob that no one cared about and eventually died from a crack overdose on the streets of Cleveland. But I remember seeing Barack Obama there too, and thinking “Wow, with a dumb name like that, I betcha he'll turn out to be a nobody crackhead in Cleveland.” Boy was I wrong! But I went ahead and got a new affidavit made up for Obama, which is why I keep my notary with me at all times. So get you better get your $10k ready, sucker. You just lost yourself a challenge.

I think you're as dishonest as you are stupid, and until you produce a stack of papers from certified professionals proving otherwise, I won't believe any differently. That's the logic you and those you follow are using so why not apply it to you? It's the fair thing to do, don't you think?

Maya was born in Jakarta Indonesia and has the very same COLB Obama has.

This law makes it possible.

Hawaiian state law allows children born outside Hawaii get valid Hawaiian birth certificates (S. 338-17.8)

[§338-17.8] Certificates for children born out of State. (a) Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.

(b) Proof of legal residency shall be submitted to the director of health in any manner that the director shall deem appropriate. The director of health may also adopt any rules pursuant to chapter 91 that he or she may deem necessary or proper to prevent fraudulent applications for birth certificates and to require any further information or proof of events necessary for completion of a birth certificate.

(c) The fee for each application for registration shall be established by rule adopted pursuant to chapter 91. [L 1982, c 182, §1]

The one on the internet is a joke.

Then the utterly incredible fact that McCains birth place came up and reported on and defined by an open debate in Congress, yet not done with Obama, who has more problems than McCain had.

From here:

the Pakistan “travel ban” is a complete fabrication based on zero evidence and completely contradicted by State Department records and a 1981 New York Times article. The full transcript from Obama’s grandmother shows that she never said he was born in Kenya—in fact, she repeatedly said he was born in Hawaii. The law allowing foreign-born children to obtain Hawaiian COLBs didn’t exist until 20 years after Obama was born, while Obama’s published COLB says his birth information was recorded four days after his birth in 1961.

Moron.

I can cut and paste also

——-

Question: What is the state's policy for issuing a “Certification of Live Birth” versus a “Certificate of Live Birth”? My first, second and fourth children received certificates, but my third and fifth children received certifications. Why the difference? The certificate contains more information, such as the name of hospital, certifier's name and title; attendant's name and title, etc. The certification has only the child's name, date and time of birth, sex, city/island/county of birth, mother's maiden name, mother's race, father's name and father's race. Why doesn't the state just issue certificates? When did it stop issuing certificates? Is it possible to obtain certificates for my third and fifth children?

Answer: No, you can't obtain a “certificate of live birth” anymore.

The state Department of Health no longer issues copies of paper birth certificates as was done in the past, said spokeswoman Janice Okubo.

The department only issues “certifications” of live births, and that is the “official birth certificate” issued by the state of Hawaii, she said.

And, it's only available in electronic form.

Okubo explained that the Health Department went paperless in 2001.

“At that time, all information for births from 1908 (on) was put into electronic files for consistent reporting,” she said.

Information about births is transferred electronically from hospitals to the department.

“The electronic record of the birth is what (the Health Department) now keeps on file in order to provide same-day certified copies at our help window for most requests,” Okubo said.

Asked for more information about the short-form versus long-form birth documents, Okubo said the Health Department “does not have a short-form or long-form certificate.”

“The birth certificate form has been modified over the years and decades to conform to national standards and models,” she said.

Okubo also emphasized the certification form “contains all the information needed by all federal government agencies for transactions requiring a birth certificate.”

She added that the U.S. Supreme Court has recognized the state's current certification of live birth “as an official birth certificate meeting all federal and other requirements.”

State law here is irrelavant. 'Out of State' implicitly assumes another state within the US. if your interpreation of the law were correct, which it is not, grown children of illegal aliens could haul to hawaii, establish addresses for a year, and become citizens. The end.

The Senate said, that Natural born citizen, for becomming President, requires TWO US citizen parents, who are only US citizens and no dual citizenships allowed to count in order for a baby born in the US to be elligible for president. barak Obama sr. was a dual citizen with UK and US citizenship, thus his son is NOT a natural born citizen, and is NOT elligible to be president. .

Alftird posting here is a paid blogger on Obama's payroll. Google his name and birth certificate. He has been blogging on this 24/7 since last year.

The facts are simple. Producing a photograph of a certification of live birth to a website does not rise to vetting of a candidate.

We all know that the State of Hawaii is holding the original vault birth certificate, that despite Altird's assertions, is readily available should Obama sign a release and pay $10.00.

The vault or original birth certificate is the only document that will list the hospital where Obama claims to have been born, the doctors and any witnesses. The question is why Obama has refused to produce it. People and Obama need to be judged by their actions. Obama's actions speak to someone that is trying to hide something. Whether it is something embarrassing or if it would show Obama is ineligible for the office will only be know once that document is produced. It is only a matter of time until it is produced.

Go ahead Altird jump in here and say how the vault birth certificate can never be produced, it is against Hawaii law, or that the other political party is responsible for vetting candidates or the other nonsense you post.

Obama is a one term president over this issue. If all Obama can produce is the photo of a certification of live birth it will not get him on the primary ballot in 2012.

You people don't even realize that your obsessive need to see Barack Obama's birth certificate reveals you to be a bigot. No, not because he's black, but because he's black AND you've never insisted on any white presidential candidate to do the same. If these buffoons were as obsessed during the election to get McCain's birth certificate as they are about Obama, then they'd have a point. After all, McCain was born IN PANAMA. Less than this, though reveals BIGOTRY. Obama is a proud American, just like you, not matter if you have less melanin in your skin. Dopes.

Mama may have given up her citizenship when she married a Kenyan-Brit. She was underage and did not meet the residency requirement under Hawaiian-law at that time. The father's citizenship would have allowed for dual-citizenship at best. How about Obama show everybody his original longform Birth Certificate, college applications where he might have applied as a foreigner, his passport records to Pakistan, his official name-change back to Obama from Barry Soetoro which was his legal name when a citizen of Indonesia(the MOST Moslem country in the world) and why doesn't Michelle accompany him to countries under shariah-law? Because Obama is viewed by those countries as a Moslem and his wife would have to wear a burkha.

Re: a very pregnant 18-year-old woman taking a transatlantic flight makes perfect sense to Boone et al.”

It would have been far more than transatlantic. It would have been from Hawaii to Kenya, and there were no direct flights. So it would have had to be via Tokyo or via New York. Along the lines of: Hawaii, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Bangkok, New Deli, Teheran, Cairo, and finally Nairobi Kenya (and the same to return, of course). Someone has worked out that at best, with all connecting flights working perfectly, it would have taken at least 24 hours, and in those days planes were poorly pressurized, AND you had to get a Yellow Fever shot to visit Africa, which is bad during pregnancy.

Re: “The Senate said, that Natural born citizen, for becomming President, requires TWO US citizen parents, who are only US citizens and no dual citizenships allowed to count in order for a baby born in the US to be elligible for president.”

Baloney. The Senate did not do anything like that. It passed a special resolution for McCain, a friend, that said that for McCain, and McCain alone, the situation was that he had two US parents and was born on a US base and hence was eligible. This does not mean that everyone has to have two US parents to be eligible. It does not mean that everyone has to be born on a US base to be eligible. It just means (and it does not even have the force of law, which requires two houses of Congress and signature of the President), that the Senate considered that McCain was just as eligible as Obama, and Obama voted for it.

The original definition of “Natural Born” means born in the country. The term was used in the Colonies before the revolution. Anyone born in a colony was considered a “Natural Born Subject.” When the Constutition was written, they used the new term Citizen for the old term Subject. But the definition of Natural Born was the same.

If there had been any change in the meaning from simply “born in the country,” the writers of the constitution would certainly have told us.
And that is why such prominent conservative Senators who are also lawyers as Orren Hatch and Lindsay Graham say that a Natural Born Citizen is simply one who was born in the USA:

Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC), said:

“Every child born in the United States is a natural-born United States citizen except for the children of diplomats.” (December 11, 2008 letter to constituent)

Senator Orrin G. Hatch (R-UT), said:

“What is a natural born citizen? Clearly, someone born within the United States or one of its territories is a natural born citizen.” (Senate Judiciary Committee hearing hearing on OCTOBER 5, 2004)

Stanley Ann Dunham-Obama did fly to Kenya but was not allowed in 1961 to board the propjob out of there due to the late stage of her pregnancy. Hence baby Obama was born in Mombasa, Kenya. If he has nothing to hide why is he hiding it?

Re: “Stanley Ann Dunham-Obama did fly to Kenya but was not allowed in 1961 to board the propjob out of there due to the late stage of her pregnancy. Hence baby Obama was born in Mombasa, Kenya. If he has nothing to hide why is he hiding it?”

There is no evidence that Stanley ever flew to Kenya. It is all made up. So is the part about her not being allowed on the plane back to Hawaii. (There were, by the way, no direct flights from Kenya to Hawaii in those days.) All made up.

If Obama had been born in Kenya there would have to be documents showing that he was born in Kenya. Among them would be US government documents that could not be sealed by Kenya. And, those government documents would be in the files of the US State Department, which was under the control of the Republicans until the election and for three months after it.

I am referring to visa files or records of a change to a Stanley's US passport in Kenya. If Obama had been born in Kenya, and he was born in Hawaii of course, but IF he were born in Kenya, there would be no way that he could get into the USA without some kind of travel document. He would either have to receive a new British passport and get a US visa on it, or he would have to be entered on his mother's US passport while she was in Kenya (if she was in Kenya, and she wasn't). Either of those situations would require documents and records, which would still exist and could not be sealed. They would be in the files of the US State Department, and if they existed would have been found by now.

Then there is the remarkable assumption that a woman who had gone to Kenya and given birth would keep it secret all her life. Why should she? Most people who do anything unusual, and going to Kenya and giving birth would be, would tell people about it. But no, there are no reports from friends saying that she did.

Then there is the remarkable assumption that somehow Stanley was able to come back from Ken ya (if she ever went there) with an infant and somehow create documents that show that he was born in Hawaii. Why would she do it? How could she do it?

Why aren't there any photos of her in Kenya, if she went to Kenya? Why aren't there any photos of Obama with his grandparents, if he was born in Kenya?

If the files in Kenya are “sealed”, why is it that WND is the only source that claims that there are files in Kenya that are sealed?

So, there is no proof that Obama was born in Kenya and a lot of circumstantial evidence making it highly unlikely (such as the fact that his mother would have had to get a Yellow Fever shot to travel to Africa, and that is very bad during pregnancy). On the other side of the coin, we have a legal government document from Hawaii listing his place of birth as Honolulu, and we have the two officials who looked into the file and said that there was an original birth certificate in the file, and we have the PR spokeswoman from that department who calls the Chicago Tribune and says that the fact that there is an original birth certificate in the file means that Obama was born in Hawaii (because foreign birth certificates could not be entered into the file at the time). http://www.swamppolitics.com/news/politics/blog…
Does this mean Obama was born in Hawaii?

“Yes,” said Hawaii Health Department spokeswoman Janice Okubo, in both email and telephone interviews with the Tribune. “That's what Dr. Fukino is saying.”

The ONLY evidence Obama has is a computer image of a Hawaiian COLB. His father was a Kenyan-Brit & his underage mother did not meet the US residency requirement at that time. Where is the Birth Certificate? College applications & records? and How do you explain a passport to Pakistan in 1981? He was a citizen of Indonesia adopted by an Indonesian and his name was Barry Soetoro. He never changed his name back to Obama. Commentary on University Emails:

For the BHO II Hawaiian Aug 4 1961 COLB to be accurate the following improbable events needed to occur:

1 month after starting classes, Stanley Ann Dunham, Barack’s mom, at age 17, got pregnant by the only black African man on the entire chain of Hawaiian islands.
2 months after getting pregnant, she drops out of college.
3 months after getting pregnant, she marries BHO Sr.
10 months after her first day at the U of HI, she delivers BHO II and immediately leaves her parents, her new husband, and her home, to fly alone with a newborn 2800 miles to Seattle to start college at the U of W.
Stanley Ann Dunham does not return to Hawaii until AFTER BHO Sr left the islands for Harvard.

This is an implausible series of events made even more nefarious because Obama II in his 2 bio books never mentions his mom left Hawaii when she was married to BHO Sr, nor does he mention she was in Washington State during this time.

This should be simple to sort out.

Did Ann Durham have a U.S. Passport at that time?
Was she granted a Visa to travel to Kenya before the birth?
Are there any records of her returning to the USA during that year?

Another little item the Birthers choose to ignore is the Hawaiian policy against giving out birth certificates to foreign born babies, and the fact that Baby Barack was born in the Hawiian hospital according to the BC on file. You would have to be kinda stoopid to believe that the hospital would be in on the scam, or that the Durhams would go to that much trouble to ensure the baby could be eligible to be US president someday. A special kind of stoopid. But, that's our Pat Boone the Baffoon. I remember that 30 years ago that idiot claimed that he still spanked his 20 year old daughter Debbie- and would continue to do so until she married and the ass whipping rights were transferred to her husband. All your fantasies have already been debunked. His father was Kenyan on a studen visa in Hawaii. He met Stanley Ann Dunham in college, she was 18 y/o when they wed, in Hawaii. His mother, a U.S. born citizen did not have to meet “U.S. residency requirements” for anything, she was a U.S. citizen! President Obama was born in Hawaii when his mother was 19 y/o. His mother NEVER traveled to Kenya, either before or after President Obama's birth. When President Obama's father ( Barack Obama Sr.) decided he wanted to marry Stanely Ann Dunham, his family in Kenya were totally opposed to it, and told him that if he married her that he should never return to them. So it would make no sense for Ann Dunham to have gone to Kenya when she was pregnant anyway. They all remained in Hawaii until President Obama's father graduated from the Univesity, he (the father) received a full scholarship to attend Harvard Graduate School, and left Ann Dunham with baby Barack Obama in Hawaii with her parents. His father never returned to Hawaii until years later for a short visit. When Barack Obama was 4 years old, his parents divorced and his father returned to Kenya after graduating from Harvard graduate School. Obama Sr. then pursued his doctorate degree somewhere else (I can't recall where). After their divorce, Ann Dunham met another university student, fell in love and married him. Her second husband never adopted Barack Obama. Barack Obama went to live with his mother and her new husband in Indonesia for a few years–between the ages of 6-9 or something like that. The school he attended made the assumption that his name was the same as the husband of his mother–and that is what they initially put on their school records (certainly not an official record of anything). Barack Obama always had that name, his last name was never Soetoro, because he was never adopted by his step father. Barack Obama returned to the United States and chose to live with his grandparents in Hawaii rather than return to Indonesia with his mother. The rest is history.

YOU ARE LYING! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RECORD OF HER EVER LEAVING THE COUNTRY UNTIL YEARS LATER WHEN SHE MARRIED HER SECOND HUSBAND AND MOVED TO INDONESIA, AND BARACK OBAMA HAD LONG BEEN BORN IN HAWAII.
President Obama's father's family in Kenya was very opposed to the marriage of Obama Sr. and Stanley Ann Dunham, and as such made much ado that if he chose to disobey them and marry her anyway that he (Obama Sr. ) would be disowned from the family and not allowed back. Why then would a pregnant Stanley Ann Dunham travel to Kenya where she was not wanted? Because SHE DID NOT! She never went to Kenya, ever.

A “Natural Born Citizen” is someone born on U.S. Soil. It has absolutely nothing to do with the nationality or citizenship of the parents.
A refuge seeking asylum in this country could have a Natural born U.S. citizen if her child is born on U.S. soil. That does not change the citizenship of the mother.

YOU ARE WRONG! STANELY ANN DUNHAM WAS A U.S. BORN CITIZEN, SHE DID NOT HAVE TO “MEET” ANY RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT UNDER YOUR MADE UP HAWAIIAN LAW. She married Obama senior when she was 18 y/o, and had President Obama when she was 19 y/o. That is NOT UNDERAGE. There was no treaty with Kenya for “dual citizenship”. In order for a child to have “dual citizenship” the parents or parent has to be a citizen of a country where the U.S. has a treaty where “dual citizenship” is granted. Kenya was not and still is not one of those countries.
By the way, idiot, having dual citizenship does not dilue ones citizenship of where one was born! It only means that that child is a citizen of both countries, until the legal age of 18, at which time, and if they don't chose, they become sole citizens of the country where they are residing at the time. BARACK OBAMA WAS NEVER BARRY SOETORO! The school he attended in Indonesia made the assumption that his last name was that of the husband of his mother, that does not mean that his name was ever officially changed or that Mr. Soetoro ever adopted him. Barack Obama WAS NEVER A CITIZEN OF INDONESIA, he was a always a U.S. citizen and while in Indonesia (4 years) he was temporary legal resident–and still a U.S. Citizen.
You know Red, you are a bigger imbecile than I first thought! You are really stupid! if you did some real factchecking you would find that all the balloney you are spewing is all LIES AND LIES. You should be ashamed of yourself. I bet you are not even a U.S. citizen yourself, you can't be, no true U.S. citizen would be so evil and deceitful about their own President. No, I concluded that you are an illegal alien and when I fingure out where you are hiding out, I am senging INS after you!

Yes. What counts is where the child is born, not the citizenship of either

And that is why such prominent conservative Senators who are also lawyers

And:

Gov. Bobby Jindal, who delivered the Republican response to Obama’s speech,
said: “Regardless of party, all Americans are moved by the President’s
personal story – the son of an American mother and a Kenyan father, who grew
up to become leader of the free world.”

Jindal, of course, would be even less of a citizen under Vattel’s concept
because neither of his parents were citizens at the time of his birth. His
mother was about three months pregnant when they came to the USA.

COMPANY INFORMATION

National Holistic Institute

10969 Ventura Blvd, Studio City, CA 91604

The Situation
What a great, relaxing massage. Your joint and muscle pain has dissolved, stress and anxiety gone. The only bummer is that it’s over. It’ll likely be a while before you pamper yourself with such a luxury again. Unless of course, you take advantage of three 100-minute massages offered at one of the country’s best massage schools.

The Lowdown
National Holistic Institute is one of the largest and most respected massage therapy schools in the nation. It’s mentioned in countless magazines and news sources such as Wired, Business Times, Massage Magazine, NPR, Los Angeles Times and many others as top-notch training in massage therapy education. The dedicated staff — including Melissa Wheeler, winner of American Massage Therapy Association’s 2010 Teacher of the Year award, truly cares about the students’ success…which means you reap the benefits as the students then focus on you. You will receive either a Shiatsu massage, a therapy that uses intense finger pressure to help you relax and reduce your stress, muscle pain, anxiety and even depression. Or, a traditional Swedish massage, shown to reduce pain and joint stiffness. You can feel confident with the student therapists, who’ve spent extensive hours in classes and go through one of the most comprehensive training programs in the industry. The professional and relaxing experience will have you realizing that a good massage doesn’t have to be only for special occasions. Please review clinic policies here prior to booking.

ManGrate

http://www.mangrate.com/

The Situation
You covet the grilled chicken at your favorite restaurant. Or maybe it’s the pizza at that new place in town that comes out with just a hint of charcoal and a whole-lotta delicious. It’s hard to tell what makes the grilled entrées at your favorite spot taste so good. Maybe because those chefs spend more time actually cooking than dodging the flare-ups and hot spots that make grilling at home a glorified contact sport.

The Lowdown
The ManGrate is a grilling enhancement system–sort of like a steroid for your grill, only without the angry side affects–that sits on top of your existing grill surface. Their trademark cast-iron design utilizes radiant heat (instead of convection heat or “hot air”), searing in the juices and allowing meats to cook evenly. The grates also come with smoke rails, angled ledges on each bar, which are designed to trap and retain oils and fats released during grilling. These juices aid in the natural smoking process, giving meats that rich, real barbecued flavor and reducing flair ups. Clean-up and maintenance are also super easy. Before grilling, simply spray the grates evenly and thoroughly with some spray cooking oil. When you’re done just brush clean, oil and close the lid. Best part is, your ManGrates will actually season over time, creating a naturally rust-resisting and virtually non-stick grilling surface. But more importantly, it will improve the taste of grilled meats with every use. The ManGrate isn’t a carnivore-only revelation…it’s also perfect for cooking vegetables, kabobs, fish, and your own grilled pizza. The only thing better than sinking your teeth into a homemade culinary sensation is knowing that all you need is your trusty ManGrate to make it perfect every single time.Check out the ManGrate website for videos and testimonials.

COMPANY INFORMATION

A E Skin

http://www.aeskin.com/

4515 Van Nuys Blvd, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403

The Situation
There are two kinds of peeling your skin can experience. There’s the bad kind: the post sunburn blisters, followed by flaky grossness you try to lotion away, to no avail. And then there is the good kind of peel: the healing, miraculous treatment performed by Dr. Eshaghian at AE Skin. Think of it as penance for all those days you should’ve worn sunscreen.

The Lowdown
Dr. Eshaghian–a.k.a. Dr. Alex–understands the importance of healthy, good-looking skin. After all, you only get one chance to make a good first impression, and nothing is more admirable than a smooth, even, clear complexion. But Dr. Alex also gets that every person’s skin is different, with a unique set of strengths and concerns. That’s why each and every patient is treated with a personalized plan specific for their skin, including the chemical peel available through today’s deal. This prescription strength corrective treatment gets right to the root of your complexion issues–whether blemishes, wrinkles, or uneven coloring–by causing the damaged outer layer of your skin to slowly peel away, revealing the new, healthier skin beneath. Interested, but hesitant about having chemicals applied to your one-and-only face? Don’t be. Dr. Alex’s combination therapy philosophy, including both the peel itself and special topical creams, will ensure that you have outstanding results with minimal recovery time. His level of professionalism and attentiveness are apparent from the moment you walk into his clinic–he will listen to your concerns, provide treatment with care, and is thorough with all follow-up service.

The example above is something that I worry about as well, how to show your own genuine enthusiasm and share the fact that your product is useful in that case

Such webmasters try to use articles from free substance directories to get visitors to their site and make some money. This is mostly powerful for those who have just begun working as an affiliate for different companies and do not yet have any financing, yet need to improve small niche websites to visitors to their internet site so that they can start out making gross.

I need some help. Last night I was working 1st shift at work and a college kid walked up to my register to pay his food ticket and he reached into his pants pocket and pulled out a dollar bill and told me, “This is all I’ve got in with me. I do not have the rest cash to pay you.” Then he did the most stunning thing. He instsantly turned the one dollar bill into a visa card. Wow I came home and got on yahoo and found the magic illusion video BUT I aint paying twenty nine dollars to know the secret. Can you figure the illusion out? http://magictricksdirect.com/dollar-to-credit-card-2-0-magic-by-george-iglesias/

I need some help. Yesterday I was working 1st shift at work and a man walked up to our register to pay his tab and he reached into his jacket pocket and pulled out a dollar bill and whispered, “This is all I’ve got in my wallet. I dont have the remaining cash to pay you.” Then he did the most amazing thing. He instsantly turned the dollar bill into a credit card. OMG I went home and got on yahoo and found the magic illusion video BUT I am not paying 29 dollars to know the secret. Can U figure it out? http://magictricksdirect.com/dollar-to-credit-card-2-0-magic-by-george-iglesias/

In the great scheme of things you’ll secure a B- with regard to hard work. Where you actually confused me ended up being on all the particulars. As as the maxim goes, details make or break the argument.. And that couldn’t be much more true at this point. Having said that, permit me reveal to you just what did do the job. Your text can be pretty persuasive and this is most likely the reason why I am making an effort to comment. I do not really make it a regular habit of doing that. Next, while I can easily see a leaps in reason you come up with, I am not necessarily sure of how you appear to unite the details that help to make your conclusion. For the moment I will, no doubt subscribe to your issue but hope in the foreseeable future you connect the facts much better.——— http://www.hogan.ws/
