does wendy long and the federalist Society work for fox news..owned by an australian?? or do they want tyhe court to “always” be on their side? that would be tantamount to a monarchy…no? Wendy is probably scared of what a minority judge would do, knowing full well the racism that has permiated this country for so long…Thank god majority does not rule over minorities…or do they? would that be american? who protects minorities if a majority wants things one way? Oh right…republicans ARE the minority now…how does it really feel to be a minority now? sucks eh? don't woryy, because minorities know about racism, we won't be like you…we'll protect you, as well as those you detest.

This problem is not new. There are countless similar situations in which whites, on average, both out-test and out-perform blacks. For example, New Haven’s own Yale Law School makes intensive use of the Law School Admission Test (LSAT). It has a black-white gap comparable to the New Haven firefighter’s tests: the median black law school hopeful would score at only the 12th percentile among whites.

East Asians in turn outperform whites on average. These differences have arisen partly as a result of divergent evolutionary paths over the past 50,000 years.
