		<description>I think the 14% in Oregon is a more realistic point to worry about. I often leave uncontested races unmarked. Why waste the pencil lead? And even the 14% is not that big a deal: everyone knew who Obama and Clinton were: many people did not know why Merkley or Novick or the lesser lights were. Having no expertise whatsoever, I feel free to say this is not as big a deal as it may seem.</description>
