What is happening to the leadership on Capital Hill today? Is there anyone in Congress or the Senate with any kind of guts and common sense? Harold Koh is ate-up. Are you blind Lugar or just plain stupid?

I'm a Mainer and I called Snowe and Collins to ask them to vote cloture on this and on the Dawn Johnson. I also encouraged other Mainers to do so. Who knows if that mattered, but I'm quite sure it didn't hurt!

You should get your notations right. Harry Reid, Ted Kennedy, and Robert Byrd are all Democrats….and should be shown with a “D” instead of an “R”.
