Wow…. who wouldn't want a secret government list used as a basis for denying Constitutional rights? Who needs due process anyway?

On one hand, I can understand why the US maintains such a list, yet on the other hand, I agree with Cox. If the individual has yet to do anything wrong, which would have precluded them from getting a firearm under the exisiting 9 criteria, why should they be denied?
