130,000 Mexican soldiers have deserted from the Mexican Army to work with the drug cartels. They took their weapons (fully automatic) with them. And where did these machine guns originate? The US Government sold them to the Mexican Government.

If the US government allowed that, which they wouldnt! Why not just have more thorough back ground checks, as it is, just recently news came out about MANY people on the “terrorist” list have guns…bought by USA folks.

If the USA did not go into Mexico in the first place, this wouldnt be happening. You cannot enter a country, destroy it economically, basically take it over, and expect those who live there to look for jobs elsewhere..

The US Gov. is just reaping what it sowed.

The Mexican government can easily prevent this problem. They just need to build a fence between the two countries. This will keep the guns from sneaking into Mexico.

Everyone seems to have the wrong answer to this problem. It's really very simple. The Mexican government should build up a fence along the entire border. The fence could keep the guns in the United States, where they belong. No guns could then sneak into Mexico.

It's illegal to export these guns from America (American law) and it is illegal to import them into Jamaica (Jamaican law). The problem is at THESE two points and has NOTHING to do with American (or Floridian) gun laws. These are CUSTOMS duties and THEY are at fault for not doing their job.

It's illegal to possess them in Jamaica, besides. This is THEIR problem and we have absolutely nothing to do with their inane laws and alien customs.

Secondly, the percentage cited for the guns that originate from the US is nonsense, I'm sure. (Recall the Mexican lies and distortions concerning similar figures?)

This is just another underhanded, devious method to try and deprive US citizens of their rights. These anti gun nuts will stop at NOTHING to FORCE their idiocy on the decent people of this country
