Moussavi: No Recount, Only a Re-Vote

Official now: Iranian presidential contender Mir Hussein Moussavi has rejected the Guardian Council’s selective recount, and is holding strong for the nullification of the election. (Juan Cole explains that the guy who would conduct it is a “notorious hard liner” and Ahmadinejad loyalist.) Moussavi has called for a big rally on Thursday. Meanwhile, the Website of former reformist vice president Mohammad Ali Abtahi announced that he’s been arrested.
