Chuck Norris Is Afraid
Monday, June 15, 2009 at 3:11 pm
The martial arts star goes to the slush pile for his new column, reprinting all of an open letter to the president from Lou Pritchett and appending his own concerns. Pritchett’s letter is, by some distance, the stranger of the two.
You scare me because I do not know how you paid for your expensive Ivy League education and your upscale lifestyle and housing with no visible signs of support.
You scare me because you did not spend the formative years of youth growing up in America, and culturally you are not an American.
Norris, of course, joined the Air Force at age 18 and spent his early adulthood in South Korea, and he pays for his current lifestyle by selling the Total Gym. So no one doubts his American-ness.

The conservative movement seems filled with fear-ridden anxious people

The point is Obama has never had teeth in the the private sector game, yet he feels compelled to manage <insert favorite industry here> without any modicum of restraint. So, yes just as you are snarky, Obama is scary.
More accurate:
You scare me because you have never run a company or met a payroll.
You scare me because you have begun to use “extortion” tactics against certain banks and corporations.
You scare me because the media gives you a free pass on everything you do.
To be fair, the media gave Bush a free pass for the first three years or so also.

Obama was 10 years old when he moved back to Hawaii to go to school. I guess 10 years old is over the hill.

Yes. It would have been much better had he run an oil company. Or a bank? Yes, much better to have those ties.
Extortion? You mean “Hey… you can't be using taxpayer money to give multi-million dollar bonuses. Yes. I can see your problem with that as well.
I don't see any “media pass”. I see a nation who is somewhat satisfied with the job being done. Knowing the mess he has to clean up.

Horseshit. Obama continues much of Bush's policies. He's using TARP money to keep dinosaur car companies afloat which is illegal. He's usurping the rule of law to violate bond holders in favor of the unions. He's running up record deficits which he campaigned against.
It's not the media's job to be satisfied. You really are a dolt. You speak so simply: “Knowing the mess he has to clean up” Like he can put everything in its place, click his heels and bring us back to prosperity. The economy needs to unwind, so that things can progress naturally. Didn't we already have 8 years prior of stimulus re: the housing bubble.

And by extortion, I mean leaning on banks not to squak about the raw deal bondholders are getting in return for bailout dollars.
It's funny how many left minded folks get all bent out of shape about the dollars that corporate types get which until recently was dictated by the market. Meanwhile, you have scores of university heads making 500k+ which rely heavily on gov't funds whether its student loans or research grants. Professional jealousy of the highest order.

Chuck Norris is afraid of nothing. Now, he may say that he is. But Chuck Norris is afraid of nothing – nothing.

Chuck Norris for President! But only if he can present a recent official-looking document called a COLB unless he has a Birth Certificate.
