Where’s Newt?

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich doesn’t normally pass up an opportunity to comment on Iran, which makes his Twitter feed pretty jarring right now. He has had no comment about the country or the elections since voters went to the polls. His total output since Friday:

The singing revolution in esthonia is an amazing story. Of 1000,000 esthonians 300,000 came to sing as a sign of national identity

Visited beit bella synagogue. In tallin. It is the newest in europe and was opened in 2007. The nazis wiped out esthonian jewry

Today the esthonian jewish community has regrown to about 2000 and a rabbi has come from israel. There is a jewish school

Gingrich is travelling a lot more these days to film a documentary about Pope John Paul II.
