I don't expect Congressional Democrats or our Department of Justice to do much more than a bandaid fix to this problem.

After all they have known for years that Bush, Cheney and their appointee lawyers most certainly violated US Federal Anti-Torture Laws (including torturing prisoners to death - Murder!) AND REFUSED TO ENFORCE THE FEDERAL ANTI-TORTURE LAWS.

Anything they do for abortion clinic crimes will probably be smoke and mirrors.

Unless our Congressional Democrats and Obama are Soft On Crime
They will enforce All Of Our Federal Laws.

WE VOTERS HAVE BEEN FIGHTING BUSH & CHENEY POLICIES FOR SEVEN YEARS.

Could we see some fight from our Congressmen?

It's about time that police and law enforcement agencies should take seriously encitement to crime and hate mongerers, enforce restraining orders and prosecute using all available laws.I wonder sometimes if law enforcement officres are familiar with the laws and want to apply then accordingly or succumb to intimidation by hoodlums. The public needs to be more aware and demand adequate protection
