What is at issue is a set of factual and legal issues that ABSOLUTELY MUST BE ANSWERED:

1. Where was Barack Hussein Obama II actually born? This can only be established by a true certified “Certificate of Live Birth” (not “Certification”) from the State of Hawaii. He has absolutely failed to produce this despite it being demanded by the public and in discovery motions in various lawsuits. In fact, BO has fought vigorously and at great legal cost to suppress the discovery of this document.

2. What impact does the fact he became a British subject (equivalent to citizen) at the time of his birth due to the fact that his father was a Kenyan subject which was controlled by British rule and the relevant 1948 UK act automatically made Barack Hussein Obama II a British subject by virtue of his father's British subject status. Even BO does not deny this and confirms that he was a British subject up to age 21 at which time this status “expired.”

3. Did the adoption of Barack Hussein Obama II by Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian citizen who married his mother Stanley Ann in 1964, result in his renunciation of US citizenship when they (Lolo, Stanley Ann, & Barack) moved to Indonesia around 1964 and he was enrolled in an Indonesian school as a stated Indonesian citizen? Indonesia did not at the time recognize dual citizenship and only Indonesian citizens were allowed to attend Indonesian schools. What impact does this have on his status as a US citizen? If he renounced his US citizenship at this time during which he went by the name Barry Soetoro, did he ever reapply to be naturalized as a citizen in America?

4. Did he ever hold passports from other countries in which he was a subject or citizen? Specifically, did he ever have a British or Kenyan passport? Did BO ever have an Indonesian passport? What is the status of his American passport and when was it granted? What document(s) of birth did he submit to obtain his American passport?

5. BO acknowledges in his book, “Dreams From My Father” that he physically had in his possession a folded copy of his ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE. He has never claimed that he lost this Certificate. Where is it? Why won't he produce it now that it is critical to support his contention that he is qualified to be President of the US? If he has this, then people stating that somehow Hawaii won't provide a duplicate of the full long-form vault original “Certificate of Live Birth” is irrelevant.

6. Is the “marriage” of Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama in Hawaii in February 1962 even valid? At the time that his stated father allegedly married his mother Stanley Ann, BHO was already married to another woman in Kenya and had already has a child with this woman. BHO stayed married to his first wife and ultimately had 4 children with her before his death in 1982. His father also married another woman at Harvard while he was married to his first wife. Polygamy was apparently OK in Kenya, but does this or doesn't this invalidate a marriage in Hawaii and the US?

7. On his college records, did he register as a US citizen or as a foreign citizen at a) Occidental in Los Angeles, b) Columbia in New York, and c) Harvard in Massachusetts? Why would he want to have his college records sealed and why did he in fact take substantial legal efforts to seal these? One would think he would be proud of his academic accomplishments as opposed to going to great lengths to hide the actual records. What is behind this bizarre level of secrecy?

8. What document(s) of birth did he produce to satisfy the rules of the FEC (Federal Elections Commission) or any of the State Secretaries? Why has the DNC (Democratic National Committee), FEC, or State Secretaries not come forward and made the simple statement that they examined his Certificate of Live Birth and found everything in order if that is the case? Not a single person in any capacity including the State of Hawaii officials has come forward and stated that they have examined his birth certificate and found all to be in order. This is beyond bizarre.

9. What is the US Supreme Court going to do about this to ensure that Barack Hussein Obama II properly has met the clear requirements of the US Constitution that he be a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN? What are the other courts in which there are more than a dozen pending lawsuits over this very issue going to do to ensure the same? Americans must demand that he is in fact qualified, or the fact is that BO has committed a MAJOR FELONY FRAUD.

“If I have something I wish to hide, I will lock it away and never allow anyone access, much like our president and his birth certificate. Now I know some of you are thinking why does it even matter, well first of all if he waits till he has had one to two terms in office and then tells us all he was not born in America, well then every single thing he has done has been illegal. Now of course the simple thing to do would be to show the thing and shut everyone up, but he seems to think the American people have no right to see it, kind of like the stimulus bill they passed and to be honest that just does not seem right from a man who harped daily about how the Bush administration should have been transparent, now does it???? Then there is the question of what is he afraid of, why not unearth the thing and rub it in the noses of the people who have thrown such a fit about it, it would have the effect of shutting up thousands of people and discrediting them all in an instant, so why hide it???

Another reason it is important is because when some one joins our military they must show their birth certificate, if you are to work legally in the USA you must show proof of birth, if your child attends school, you must show their birth certificate as a matter of fact the only people not required to show these documents are the illegal immigrants, that kind of says it all doesn't it??? Why shouldn't the office that is the highest in the land be required to show their birth certificate? When McCain's birth place was questioned he showed proof of his birth place, yet Obama even before he was elected had the governor of Hawaii seal his? Why, what is it he does not want us to see? What is he afraid of? Why is it the national media will not report, that several states have declared their sovereignty, and at least two active military and one retired military personnel have openly requested proof that he is eligible to be Commander and chief?”

“President Barack Obama has hired an army of lawyers to prevent access to records that may show he is constitutionally unqualified to be president of the United States.

The Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.”

A California lawsuit seeking documentation from Occidental College that could verify the nationality under which Barack Obama entered the school has been filed by Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation, which has brought a lawsuit on behalf of Ambassador Alan Keyes over Obama's eligibility. Defense lawyers for Obama are trying to quash the request for Occidental records, arguing that any objections to Obama's presidential candidacy and victory should have been raised in Congress at the time of the Electoral College vote. However there was an effort to raise the question with the Electoral College but the court refused to intervene. Lt. Col. Donald Sullivan sought a temporary restraining order to stop the Electoral College vote in North Carolina until Barack Obama's eligibility could be confirmed, alleging doubt about Obama's citizenship but his case was denied.

As part of the suit filed by USJF, a subpoena was served on Occidental College for its records. School officials immediately contacted lawyers for Obama and said the demand would have to be answered unless they intervened. Obama's lawyers then submitted a demand to the court arguing the case was moot because the election was over and the correct place to resolve such concerns was in Congress now and challenges should have been made to the Electoral College who confirmed Obama's election as president. [But as pointed out previously such an effort was timely made but was rebuffed.]

Papers filed on behalf of USJF also cautioned: “If MR. OBAMA is not constitutionally eligible to serve as President of the United States, then no act that he takes is, arguably, valid, the laws that he signs would not be valid, the protective orders that he signs would be null and void, and every act that he takes would be subject to legal challenge, both in Courts of the United States of America, and in International Courts, and that, therefore, it is important for the voters to know whether he, or any candidate for President in the future, is eligible to serve in that office.”

Obama has refused to document his U.S. citizenship and as a result his eligibility to be president under the Constitution's requirement for a “natural born” citizen, have been challenged in court.

Although Obama could settle all questions about his eligibility to be president by simply producing his birth certificate or authorizing others to do so; instead, a series of law firms have been hired on Obama's behalf around the nation to prevent any public access to his birth certificate, passport records, college records and other documents.

Obama has refused to document his U.S. citizenship and, therefore, his eligibility to be president under the Constitution's requirement for a “natural born” citizen.
