Wow, an article that refers to Sotomayor and deals mostly with race. Surprising…. Let's also bring up the liberal / conservative makeup of the court. yawn……The only decent reading in this article was the reversal rate in district courts. By the way, she was nominated to that court by a republician (George H. W. Bush).

I applaud you for almost trying to be a journalist. But facts don't getting the ratings. Using buzz words like “racism” and “right wing” and “discrimination” get the attention of people. Please, if you want someone to form an honest opinion about her, tell us more about Sotomayor and her achievements so that her critics can actually have some reason to change their minds.
