Of course, 'something like Democracy' in Iran would require gays and whores not being stoned to death…

I'm sure the Democrats will ignore this completely if the Arabs will also!

I find it very disturbing that Obama is trying to befriend our enemies and is such a sell-out that he is willing to betray God and Jesus Christ so to acknowledge the Muslim religion to the point that he seems to embrace it even more so than he does God and Jesus Christ. God's wrath will be upon our country as a result of his actions. I can only hope that Jesus Christ appears and the rapture of the Church takes place before that happens.

I don't think that presents the whole picture. Overtures have been made in the past, and we have seen cooperation and better relations. It would be politically easier for “the west” to open relations with Iran if it had a less inflammatory president.

come on now we all know who's really in control of iran. The Supreme Ayatollah has total command. The president is really a puppet for the Ayatollah. Whoever wins it won't change anything in terms of relations with the West

What evidence is there that the Iranian leadership is corrupt? In fact, Ahmadinejad has proven to be very modest in his personal life and not corrupt at all. His biggest problems are his big mouth and his extreme religiosity.
