		<description>Isn&#039;t it just natural that people always bring their perspectives to the courtroom and everywhere else in life?  As if Antonin Scalia isn&#039;t bringing his perspective to the court?  Why wouldn&#039;t &quot;white, bald, old, male&quot; descriptions be so heavily scrutinized as having an impact judgments just as much as ANY race or gender?</description>
