The conservative economy policy is to create a two class system. The very wealthy and extremely poor. Thank god that Obama was elected! The fact is that thanks to conservative economic principles--WE DON'T PRODUCE ANYTHING ANYMORE!! 40% of our wage earner's out there are paper pusher's in the financial industry who produce nothing, just shuffle money around. If it the former then the Republican Party might bounce back in short order. If it is the latter then a prolonged period of high unemployment - a la the 1930's - will probably convince people - once again - to vote their economic interests rather than their moral and cultural identity. In that case the Republican Party will rightly be doomed to another 50 years in the political wilderness.
