The Associated Press, NBC News and The Washington Post are reporting that President Obama will announce this morning that federal appeals court judge Sonia Sotomayor is his choice to replace retiring Supreme Court Justice David Souter. If confirmed, Sotomayor will be the first Hispanic high court justice in history. Obama is expected to make the announcement at 10:15 a.m.
