Unlike the Bush administration; I don't see President Obama using our judicial system to do a power grab.

As for his choice;

It is a fantastic choice in my opinion. She is tremendously experienced and has worked very hard to get where she is. We need a voice for everyone in our upper courts.

I imagine there will be a lot of mudslinging from Republican, but they will do so at their own peril. Especially since she wash a George H. Bush appointee.

I hope Obama does not base his Supreme court nomination on race, religion, sex, or favoritism. I want to see people nominated based on their credentials. Stop RACISM now!
