My sister was violently attacked by a haitian resident in Fl on July 17. It had came out in court he had had 26 court cases within the years of 1992-2009. 11 were for battery,aggravated stalking,theft, and rape. 9 involved violations of restraining orders and petit theft, 4 women had put restraining orders on this man before he met my sister. With all that being said in almost every case he plead no conte and was only adjudicated guilty on 4 of these cases. We were so please to here just yesterday that he has an immigration hold on him. We are hoping they will deport him so that he does not attack any of our other female or male for that matter citizens. I believe this law is just and fair. In other countries there are no tolorence policies just look at the news reporters)Gore) SK. I am so pleased that my hard earned tax dollars are being used for this effort.
