I don't know. I love Coach Outlet Online Store, I was in Chelsea the happiest man since the arrival of a person who should have never Prada Shoes. I was thinking I would have Coach Outlet be there all my life and a few months later, I buy Coach Purses. So you never know. In Inter I found an incredible family. Players; amazing. President; amazing. Then after two years I felt, even with two more years Coach Purses Outlet, I felt it was over. I need something new for me. So you never know. But when I sign a Coach Factory Outlet, I sign with the intention to respect the contract and be happy for that Prada Sneakers. So if everything goes in the right direction, yes I will stay Coach Outlet Store.

For example, my husband and I have been renters for 10 years.. since we got married. We have also had 3 children in that time frame, making it hard for us to save up a large down payment. We have had multiple banks/brokers/real estate agents, ask us if anyone in our family or circle of friends could help with a down payment. First we wouldn't ask, and no they don't. We make more than our parent's and siblings. As far as income goes we qualify for a mortgage of 343k but only have the down payment(amount of savings we realistically want to use) for a 150k house. But if we could get the 8k up front we would be able to get around 250k which is perfect for our area and needs.

I have a question that no one has been able to answer for me. My boss owns alot of rental property he is now selling. He finances the loans himself. So can a first time home buyer purchasing a home from him use the $8,000.00 tax credit? If so how do you go about the process of making it happen? If anyone knows of a website to answer these questions I would appreciate the info on it. Thanks
PD

My question is who is going to make sure that the homebuyer is going to get the tax credit? What if the buyer owes $10,000 in taxes at the end of the year, their $8000.00 credit will be taken to cover the taxes owed and then how is the loan paid back? My guess is that it won't be paid back and then the lenders, making the bridge loans, are left holding the bag for the loan defaults. I think this program is a bad idea, there are too many collection issues that have not been addressed. Once again as with the bank bail-outs we are rushing into a perceived solution that will turn into our next crisis.

I'm a confused realtor. The financial lending institutions are out for the big bucks. I'm not quite sure how this going down, but it sounds like complete choas once again. No one is around to regulate the rules and regulations and everyone makes up their own game plan. If you don't do this, this won't happen. What a mess! Go back to the basic's. Lower the downpayment percentage rate for the buyer's. If the buyer has the good FICO scores and qualified income - give the buyer a loan. Too many new FHA /loan programs are going to confuse the average Joe. Not to mention the rest of the CHIEF's running around.
