Yea your right change is coming. It's starting with the government telling you what kind of cars you'll be able to drive and what cars you cant. The gas tax pays for road construction right? Infrastructure? Well when everyone is saving the planet by driving the government cars, where do you think the monies are going to come from. Idiots….your going to be paying for them thru carbon taxes…. And by the way…what do we burn to produce electricity???? Yea, fossil fuels… so more cars running on electric means more fossil fuels burning to make that electricity right? Or are wind farms going to cover the extra need?? Yea right, keep telling yourself that…. It's all a farse….and because we need change….oh boy are you going to get it…and by the time people wake up and realize this…well it will be really hard to undo the change that is sooooo good for us……Dont even get me started on our health care…..then you'll see the change…oh yes we can… when we have France and Euroupe telling us not to nationalize health care…well we should listen….yes we can……you people make me sick…..

Did anyone in congress see Obama's birth certificate? Was he born in Hawaii, Kenya or Malaysia?

Uh, no. Don't think Obama did anything with a “birth certificate” (other than have it sealed), and the famous “certification of live birth” was something he did not make “public” (other than scanned copies (plural?) floating around the web.

That's the whole controversy.

David, Suggest you do some homework and actually read up on the topic.

Obama provided a Certificate of Live Birth. If you have a heart beat anyone can go to Hawaii and get one of these.

This bill would require a Birth Certificate.

Obama will have trouble providing a Birth Certificate.

His presidency will only last 4 years.

Scary to think we don't even know who this guy is, where he came from, who he is friends with, etc.

He really should be required now to show his brith certificate. For $13 he could do it yet he has spent millions fighting disclosure. Why?
