Granholm’s Tax Problems Could Derail Potential Supreme Court Nomination

While recent reports suggest that Michigan’s Democratic Gov. Jennifer Granholm is on President Obama’s shortlist of potential nominees to replace retiring Supreme Court Justice David Souter, her nomination could very likely be imperiled by — surprise! — tax problems.
