Here the Pres. is afraid that the military will be severely embarrassed if the PRISONERS, (sorry detainees), are brought before a Federal Court where torture, hearsay and other shoddy evidence is not allowed.

This is shameful justice. It is removing the blindfold from the Statue of Justice. It will make the US even less respected in the world. If is really true that no man is above the law in the US then the PRISONERS are below the law.

Lets see Mr. President the total so far…

Domestic spying… Constitution = 0, Government = continues to spy on citizens
Torture investigation… Abiding by the law…0, Government (CIA, BUSH, NSA, OBAMA) afraid to.
Torture comply with the law… Government ignoring the law, World watches and snickers
“National” health… During Campaign…free to all, changes = some cost, all pay, cheaper cost.

Total= During campaign ………..A great leader, a President that will change gov. , will help poor.
During first 100 days…….Domestic spying allowed, no torture investigation, pay some health
Got enamored by being popular in World (an easy task after Bush)
Next 100 days…………….Torture investigation probably not, Domestic spying continures,
Health care will only be cheaper someday in future. Bail out will be more
expensive. Financial community will not change. Financial system will
go back to being too big to fail. More corporations bankrupt. More
troops and money into Afghan/Pakistan. More deaths.
Obama will be afraid of the CIA and the military. He will be a great
politician and very popular. He will give up on the unpopular fights such
as torture prosecutions, and thus will never be a great
historical leader.
