		<description>Obviously the commission went the way of our civil liberties.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It seems with this and the last Administration, the Constitution is something we point to with pride publicly and look at as something that can be ignored in private.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;That doesn&#039;t sound like a long term formula for democracy to me.</description>
