I have heard many companies don't pay their employees on L1/H1B/EAD when they are not on project.

In my opinion the best way to stop L1/H1B/Employment Authorization Document (EAD) violation, is to ask all the companies that are doing H1B/EAD/L1 visa to submit every month the details of salary of their L1/H1B/EAD employees and their taxes paid to IRS. Also list of all the employees, which are on unpaid vacation.

By doing this all these companies either pay their employees or will send them to their countries back.

This will create level playing field between all the employees seeking Job.

My Lord, are some Americans ever going to wake up to reality? Napolitano does not care about the U.S. citizenry, she is serving some other agenda. Why do you think Bush called the Minutemen/women, vigilantes? They never hurt one Mexican and in fact saved some with water in the middle of nowhere. The Borders of America are not important to these elites in the U.S., because as Dr. Mike Savage has said, they are serving some other agenda, than the best interests of Americans.

Oshama and Nappy are talking out both sides of their mouth. Pretty much talking sheet. She “says” they will use workplace raids (which were highly effective) but balks when the raid was done in Washington (and she let the illegals stay and gave them work permits-DUH) but no other raids have been conducted since. They are shifting tactics, using the guns in Mexico issue to deflect the fact that they will not go after illegals or enforce our immigration laws. They are now going to “say” they will secure the border, which will be another deflection so it looks like they are doing what Americans want. Its really just talk so it appears they are doing something but in reality their not doing a thing. Just enforce the darn laws, go after employers and illegals equally and deport those who broke multiple laws to be in this country. Talk is cheap, lets see some real action

Thank you, Sen.Sessions finally an elected official who places the safety, health and welfare of U.S. citizens over the selfish, greedy, special interests of illegal aliens, the profiteers of illegal immigration, including the racist, ethno-supremacist groups like the National Council of La RAZA, MALDEF, LULAC, ACORN (all of whom use illegal aliens as a fundraising tool and to gain political capitol in a leftist, power grab…buying votes from future “amnesty recipients”). Just say NO MAS to illegal aliens, NO MAS to funding for LA RAZA, MALDEF, LULAC and ACORN. Build the fence, secure the borders, enforce the law. SI SE PUEDE. YA ES HORA!

Napolitano should have been fired weeks ago. The comments she has made that have denigrated Americans in the armed forces and in the general citizen population have been reason enough. What is it with her anyway. Is this some new Democratic Strategy to see how many buttons you can push with American citizens before they react. She is positively evil.
