Fight Fight Fight! Harold Koh to the Hill Tomorrow

Everyone’s favorite “radical transnationalist,” the Shiite cleric Harold Koh, will have his confirmation hearing to become State Department legal adviser tomorrow at 2:15 p.m. before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, according to a just-released committee statement. Daphne recently noted that Koh has the support of fellow Islamist radical Kenneth Starr, and Dave reported that the conservative campaign against Koh was in the pristinest form of good faith.

Update: Brian Beutler reported this on Friday. So why did the committee just email this to me now? WHYYYYYY

Cute post. However, grown-ups might want to learn about a domestic issue where Harold Koh supports illegal activity and corruption. The only question is whether he realizes what he supports and was lying, whether he's totally clueless, or whether it's some combination.
