Conforming to the prevailing Social Justice advancing legal and political philosophy of the United States Courts;

The government keeps saying that No One is above the Law; it seems that the concept would apply to Circuit Court Justice Sotomayor.

I need a personal hand here. Please provide me useful information and direct me to competent legal assistance.

Sotomayor refused to issue the mandatory orders for relief and/or denials of relief as requested, by me, using the civil rules of procedure. In looks to me like Sotomayor refuses to do her Judicial job [get me justice] choosing instead to act to advance what she perceives to be in her personal employment advancement : gain : unjust enrichment. I believe that Sotomayor’s activity in my case demonstrates [Judicial] Official gross negligence.
I need to locate the proper forms for and addresses for filing Bar, justice department, and Us SPC Complaints against Sotomayor’s for relief through immediate resolution of my exparte order requests buttressed by the appropriate disciplinary civil and criminal actions against Sotomayor.
In my case, on the basis of what I perceive to be Grossly Negligent behavior by Sotomayor, I believe Justice requires Sotomayor’s immediate dismissal from the bench; and that she be expelled specifically for ‘mouthing an Oath to uphold the law’ while she was/is knowingly refusing to do her ‘sworn’ clear and present Circuit Court Justice duty in my specific case as filed.

I would like the ACLU to handle my complaints and case through successful – final resolution; however, the ACLU being the political and suto legal the confederates of Sotomayor [and her Marxist henchmen] this does not seem too likely; so, I need to find legal council.

Thank-you so much for your comments. Being a Conservative Republican I have always believed in freedom of speech whether you believe in my cause or not. I am sick and tired of being called a “right winged whacko” and am relieved to see that some out there still believe we can agree to disagree and still pull together to do what is best for the overall benefit of ONE NATION.
