It’s Chocola!

Last week’s Roll Call report is confirmed: former Rep. Chris Chocola (R-Ind.) is the new head of the Club for Growth. The lede:

The current president, Pat Toomey, stepped down today after recruiting Chocola to take his place so he could pursue other opportunities.

And there you go. Outgoing President Pat Toomey is free to run against Sen. Arlen Specter (R-Penn.) in 2010.
